Reccenty visited this dealership. Purchased a Ford Fiesta and received excellent and professional service. Very knowledgeable sales person and finance manager. No run around. In and out in a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Great Experience

Fast, easy, good experience

Poor customer service

We purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator from this dealer. Once they received our money, Mr. Sneed would not take our calls or return them. We paid the full asking price and asked for two things (front license plate holder and the entry code). Finally after many attempts to speak to the sales manager an employee, (Donna) that seemed irritated with our repeated calls told us to go to any dealership and they could retrieve the entry code for us. So we did and paid for the entry code and plate holder. Mr. Kerry Sneed made many calls to us trying to sell us, but wouldn't speak to us after the sale. Then I received a letter promising a gift card in exchange for an "awesome review". Lisbeth

(RED) Baron is the Bomb!

Baron is a class act and went out of his way to find the perfect fit for a graduation present for my son. The price was on target and the overall deal was done honestly and with class. If you check prices around the city they will always be the lowest. The car was delivered and detailed great! That's Baron and your team!

Amazing Experience!

Dennis went over and above to make us comfortable with our purchase, and my 6 year old who was bored to death with the car buying process was treated like a princess with cookies and attention. Hes a great guy, so is Carey! WELL WORTH THE DRIVE - I will refer friends and family!

Fantastic

I just returned from living in Africa, and I still drove all the way out to Dennis Sneed. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also have the cheapest price anywhere.

Dennis Sneed Amazing's Dealership!

The results of my trip from Iowa to Gower, MO was so rewarding. My 2009 Black Tuxedo was totaled early in December. Therefore, I wanted a newer Fusion to replace the '09 with everything exactly the same. I did a great deal of research on the internet to find what I wanted. I am so thrilled to say that Dennis Sneed Ford had three cars exactly like my '09. My salesman, Brian, was so helpful, kind & patient. I am very pleased to announce I am now the owner of a Black Tuxedo 2012 Dennis Sneed Ford Fusion with very low mileage. Shirley, Norwalk, IA

Great selection at great prices!

Buying process was very simple, and salesman was very helpful. We were buying two cars, but the selection was good and the entire process took around 2 hours. We would definitely shop here again.
