We purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator from this dealer. Once they received our money, Mr. Sneed would not take our calls or return them. We paid the full asking price and asked for two things (front license plate holder and the entry code). Finally after many attempts to speak to the sales manager an employee, (Donna) that seemed irritated with our repeated calls told us to go to any dealership and they could retrieve the entry code for us. So we did and paid for the entry code and plate holder. Mr. Kerry Sneed made many calls to us trying to sell us, but wouldn't speak to us after the sale. The results of my trip from Iowa to Gower, MO was so rewarding. My 2009 Black Tuxedo was totaled early in December. Therefore, I wanted a newer Fusion to replace the '09 with everything exactly the same. I did a great deal of research on the internet to find what I wanted.
