Excellant customer service
This was my first time to purchase a car after I lost my husband a few years ago. I was nervous and very concerned about making a purchase and trading in my car. John Newton, the salesman was very helpful and Eric Long helped us finalize the purchase. A few days later the battery went out on my car fob and John was out of the office but Eric worked with me even sent me pictures on how to replace the battery. I was out of town in the car and I was almost in a panic and he was so patient with me and walked me right through the process. They were wonderful to work with.

Going downhill :(
Use to have great service...actually the best service out there but now they have characters like Andrew Rodriguez who "cant help because I am a cashier" who offer no solutions and obviously hate their job. If this is the future of Cadillac, they are in trouble. Find people who love what they do. It makes a difference when they love their job..or at least feel blessed to have one!!

Great Service, Love Covert Cadillac
Jason Wolk always makes me feel like his only customer. The free vacuuming of my car, the free car wash, the fast and friendly service, the free loaner for the 2 hours it took to do my oil change and tire rotation, etc, are exactly why I will recommend Covert Cadillac to friends, clients, family. Well done guys!

Attentive service, great communication.
I was taken care of from the moment I drove in - and I was kept up to date during the entire short time I had to wait for my car service to be completed. I needed to have a car seat installed which was an "extra" taken care of with a smile and attention to making sure the seat was set for a safe ride for my grandson.

20000 mile service
While just in for an oil change, the tires were rotated and the exterior washed. The service was done in a reasonable time as I waited, and everything was in order on delivery. Great job.

Great Dealership!!
My experience was timely, friendly and professional. I never have to wait and I feel taken care of and respected. The space is very clean and inviting with a nice water/food area. I do wish there was a quiet place to work absent of the upbeat music but I'm never there long enough for this to be an issue. As I'm saying this, there may be a quiet place and I haven't done my search. Thanks for the wonderful dealership experience. I'm a fan!!
