Great Awesome Service
My service was Great I went in for an oil change, & I got my car cleaned inside & outside, & a Nail was taken out of my tire, My car rides very smooth every time after an oil change, it not only feel good it Looks Good, like a New Car Again & by fixing my tire I really feel safe driving it, Thanks Nate Mackey & his Team, U Guys Rock, me & my car Thank You?

Great Service
It was easy to set up appointment and the appointment went well. Unfortunately the service department was 5 days backed up so they were not able to take care of two issues that day but a new appointment for those needs was made. The normal maintenance was completed in less than an hour. So I decided to not use a loaner car and just wait in the very nice lobby. Had a doughnut and cup of coffee while I waited.

Perfect. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment, and they had be in and out in 45 minutes. Couldn't be better.

Quick, efficient and professional!
I walked into the dealership wanting to test drive a vehicle. I was ready for the usual sales talk, too many questions and the constant pressure to buy. But no, not today! Chris Tropiano was the most respectful, courteous and friendly sales consultant I have ever met. He schedule a test drive, informed me about the vehicle in detail and gave me a great deal on my vehicle. There was no pressure, everything went smooth I would highly recommend Chris to any one wanting to purchase their next vehicle. Jerry Duran was my finance manager, he was efficient, informative and very patient. He found me the best rate he could and I would gladly do business with him again.

Simply the Best!
I don't recall ever receiving more personal, satisfying service from any business. That sounds exaggerated, but it's true. From helping me make the decision to buy my first Cadillac, to advising me about finance options, to teaching me how this incredible machine works, to arranging and performing service on this amazing car, the people at Covert Cadillac have more than exceeded my expectations. There has never been a time when I've asked a question (trust me, there have been dozens, maybe hundreds, of questions)that I was made to feel silly or stupid. They have been patient and more than accommodating, without any pressure. It has been obvious that their ultimate goal is for me to be happy with my purchase. I've bought many new cars in my life (some from other divisions of Covert), and I can honestly say that none of the others can hold a candle to my experience with Covert Cadillac! I honestly consider the Covert Cadillac team I've dealt with to be my friends. You can't beat that!

Wouldn't help me
They wouldn't even look at my Cadillac because it was too old. I found this extremely subpar for Cadillac, and not the service I have come to expect from them. Back home, it was the only place I trusted with my car. They didnt send me away because my classic is a bit long in the tooth. Highly disappointed. Only giving two stars because they did refer me to a mechanic familiar with caddies. I guess I will not be purchasing a new car from them when the time comes.
