They are there when you need them.

Service department accommodated my needs even if it was a short notice. Not sure if the problem was solved. Great communication and attention to client's needs.

Outstanding experience!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been negotiating with Connie Mathews for many years and have built an informal relationship with her even though I bought my first Cadillac from David Taylor Cadillac in Houston. I was interested in buying a new car in October and immediately contacted her as well as a Mercedes-Benz salesman. The Cadillac ATS out-performed the Mercedes, and Connie's personality helped convinced me that I needed to stay with Cadillac. I have been more than pleased with my ATS Turbo.

Fantastic service!

I should have asked for the address of the body shop (on 5th Street) instead of driving to the dealership location. Other than that I had a great experience with the employees at the body shop. The responsible party had GEICO insurance and they requested used parts. Looking after my interest your personnel were not satisfied with the used replacement parts and requested new items instead. Even though the repairs took several days longer than anticipated, the repairs were performed to my complete satisfaction.

Exceeded my Expectations

After a slow start, salesman Roger Kress stepped it up and worked with me to secure the certified vehicle for which I wanted. Overall, it was an excellent experience both in Sales and Financing. Great job, Covert Cadillac!

Exceptional Service

When I arrived, my service advisor, Jason, greeted me by name and inquired about my reason for the visit immediately. Jason gave me an estimated time frame for the service to be completed and took me inside to process my loaner vehicle. I was back on the road within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership. My vehicle was ready earlier than promised. The exemplary service is why I will continue coming back.

Thoughtful service

My service leader, Adam, was thoughtful and communicative. My car was having trouble right before I was going out of town, and Adam made it easy to bring the car in and leverage a loaner car before I left. Once I got back into town, my vehicle was already ready to go.
