When it was time for us to buy a new car, we considered everything, including the service. One of the reasons we stayed with Cadillac is because of the great service they provide. I love that they are able to hold on to the people that work there.

Friendly Service with a Smile!
I'm always treated so well at Covert Cadillac! Every oil change I'm greeted as I pull up and they immediately notify my Service Manager. I can't say enough good things about David Pearson! He's great and I enjoy chatting with him each time I'm in for Service. He keeps me informed and I'm able to work from their comfortable waiting area. Thanks for taking care of me!

Chris saved the day!
I used Chris Tropiano with Covert Cadillac and I had an amazing experience! Chris was very knowledgeable and when I thought I might not get the rate I wanted with my bank he got me in touch with his loan rep there and not only was the rate way better but they also threw in some extra items that will save me a lot of money over time! Chris was very professional and I would recommend him to anybody!

Covert Cadillac
The experience with Patrick, my service advisor, has been great. He is very courteous, kind, prompt with information, tries to make sure things are completed correctly, and any issues are resolved. He is your best asset. The issues with the 2010 Cadillac SRX have been disheartening. Not sure I will purchase another Cadillac.

Nice Job on a 1st Visit
I brought a recently purchased XLR to Covert for some diagnostics and programing of a new master key fob as well as the installation of a new seat bezel and front plate frame. Service writer Jason was attentive to each part of the service and had everything I requested completed successfully. The atmosphere was professional and my experience was good.

Great services and clean facilities.
My services was easy, quick and efficient. When I got to the dealership it was a rainy day and they really looked backed up. But I had brought my ipad to keep me busy while I waited. Anticipating a lengthy stay due to the amount of cars I saw waiting when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment took less time they projected. Plus I must say that the area I was waiting in was clean, pleasant and provided refreshments. Very nice.
