I own a 2017 Cadillac CT6 3.0TT. From the first test drives with Amit Patel to this week when I needed some "outside the box" service done, I have been very impressed and appreciative of the attention and focus I receive from everyone at Covert Cadillac. My Service Advisor, Ryan Gibson, is the best I have ever dealt with at any dealership! He goes out of his way to listen and take car of every request. He demonstrates that he genuinely cares about me as a client, not just a customer. Every person I have had the pleasure of working with at Covert has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Joe Joseph, the sales manager, sets an outgoing and friendly tone that he nurtures in an environment of mutual respect and focus on the customer. Whenever I visit covert I feel like I am seeing some old friends. Thanks everyone. It is a genuine pleasure!

I have purchased four cars here over the last 20 years, and I keep coming back because of the customer service. (And Cadillac makes a great car.) Their sales and service teams are really above and beyond, and their attention to detail is commendable.

Chris was exceptional partner when it came to buying a car (M4 convertible). Not only were the negotiations painless, and admittedly I definitely drive a hard bargain, but Chris made sure that everything went smoothly when I had a third party inspector come and look at it. The car was in exactly the great condition they said it was according to the third party inspector. Additionally, Chris made sure that every little thing I noticed was fixed even AFTER I already bought the car (most salespeople would have ignored the call and not agreed to make additional repairs). Specifically, he had the leather repaired scratches removed, he took care of the registration and the plates, he even had some aftermarket under door lights installed, which was definitely not part of the original agreement. In short I can’t recommend Chris enough - the compete opposite of the car salesman stereotype. Chris is good people and knows his stuff!

The team here is second to none! The service is stellar across the board. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience when buying a vehicle.
