I went to Covert Cadillac today to look at a pre-owned truck they had for sale. Cory was very attentive and pleasant to work with and also discussed a few tips for looking at pre-owned vehicles with me as he was showing me the truck. I would highly recommend his services as he is very professional and polite.

Went to Covert Cadillac today. Cory R met me at the front and showed me the vehicle. I appreciated his candid take on the process and we came to a deal relatively quick. Processing and payment took longer than I had hoped. Otherwise, it was a very smooth experience compared to other dealerships I've visited.

My wife and I wasn't expecting to buy that day, was just going to Covert to look at a vehicle, but Cory made us feel so welcome. After that we drove the vehicle and enjoyed it and we were not under any pressure to buy. Great Customer Service at Covert Cadillac.
