Amazing dealership!!! STG Montclair

The visit was really pleasant, from the moment I got here everyone was welcoming honestly felt at home. Met with Kevin he was quick to show me the car & get me in the car for a test drive. After went into finance & both Joseph the manager and remi were really helpful making everything happen. They made everything so easy and explained every detail to me.Very professional and welcoming staff, honestly recommending this dealership to everyone I know.

Pay attention to everything you sign.

First I’ll say 2 things that are nice. The kid Santiago was a great help. He was not to knowledgeable about cars but he did his best to answer every question, see every car, and very patient. 2nd thing. This place does have very nice cars and they advertise below market value among cargurus and other websites. No the catch. They do a bait an switch routine to get you to go down to there store. After Santiago did all the leg work some other kid step in and kept trying to rush us thru the paper work, make us hurry up and give our down payment. When he wasn’t satisfying my question another guy stepped in and tried. When the time came down to signing papers the value we saw on the car turned out to be a lie. This company tacks on a $1500 dollar warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty without your permission. They add a $900 dollar Gap Warranty without your permission, in hopes your dumb enough or in such a hurry to not notice. They were very persistent for their down payment that they hoped I wouldnt Look at the paper work. When I seen That I made Them remove them both, which they said they did but kept trying to get the down payment still. I made Them show me the paper work so waited that much longer. After 4hours and starving they finally showed us what we wanted. They end up leaving with my insurance card which they lose. The bring the final paper work to sign and as we start signing we notice all the spelling is wrong. They 2nd kid leaves and the other 3rd guy comes back asking for the bank card to give to the 2nd kid. We finally give it to the 2nd he leaves and the 3rd guy starts helping again. We start signing and started finding more mess ups. The 3rd guy leaves and comes back. Again trying to hurry us up. We start signing again and we land on the paper work for the break down on money. The Mrs signs it and I catch A $1500 add on and another $900 add on! So I’m like I told You to take that off! 3rd guy replies oh that’s our GPS Tracking system! I never Asked for that. 3rd guy replies, it comes with all our vehicles. Because this is our kids car we accept it. But it does make me wonder who all has access to this GPS tracker and why? This is something i requested or wanted in the first place. I asked About the 2nd charge and he replies oh that’s our theft warranty! So to make this short. This place is a rip off. A car that cost 12,995 turned out to be 22,000 minus the 2500 down payment. Please pay attention to your paper work they will nickel and dime you out your pockets. And of course after 6 hours your gonna sign. I will Never do business with this company and I do Not recommend this place either. And make sure to get all your stuff back, they never gave me my insurance card back and they almost lost my bank card. How convenient. Now we are getting 1000 emails and text harrasing us for this darn review. I held Back because I didnt Want to do 1 but because they won’t stop I’m telling you my experience with this place

Purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse

They have a sticker price and that was easy to negotiate. The dealer however does have aftermarket items they add before selling that you are then expected to purchase and have to haggle over if you really don't want those features. Throughout the process everyone was friendly, it just took a long time.

Oh STG....

What can I say STG of Montclair is in my opinion one of the best car sales dealers in the Inland Empire! Hands down to Rigo Nevares I appreciate you for answering all my questions and helping me walk out with my Honda Accord!!! I would also like to recommend the sales manager Kal Hassan, both him and Rigo strive to meet their customers needs. Wonderful service

We bought our suv from them a few years ago Bd it was the best expo we’ve ever had. No haggling. We continue to have our car serviced here as well. The staff is great! After replacing a part they even washed and buffed the headlights for us! Outstanding service! Luis is a great service manager!

Me siento estadado con la garantía que me ofrecieron en 10 meses la batería no sirve me negaron la garantía D meses antes recomendé a dos amigos que compren su carro ahí y así lo hicieron , y en realidad no lo volveré a hacer xq posible pase vergüenza cuando alguien de ellos necesiten algo
