Great experience, didn’t put pressure to sell and everything was done by emails. I will ask for quotes multiple times and I will receive it within same business day. They brought the car all the way from Phoenix to Tucson and two weeks later send me Lon to help with all of the usage of my new vehicle. Thanks infiniti camelback for all the help on this purchase

Lon was amazing to work with. The commitment by infinity to have someone like Lon with all of his years of experience and expertise regarding all the technology and features of the vehicle and to spend so much time with me to learn the vehicle and to follow up so that we could have additional training is integral to having a great experience and to learn the vehicle. Otherwise all the technology does not get used effectively. Lon helped us appreciate the vehicle much more by understanding how the technology and the drivability of the vehicle works with me as the driver to keep me safe and comfortable. Lon is very patient and let you learn at your own speed. It really makes a difference to buy a vehicle from INFINITI when there is a concierge person like Lon available to help with all of the details in the learning process.

Thank you for the positive and helpful experience with both Ed and Lon. I was hesitant at using Camelback Infiniti but obviously things have changed. They’ve made my sales experience exceptional.
