Great buying experience
Edward Johnson is a great salesman. When you go in you must ask for Edward. He didn’t rush me at any point, he made me feel comfortable, and was able to make sure we agreed on a price. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable, and patient. He gave me a great customer experience. Overall, he was able to make the purchase happen by working with the GM and getting me into the vehicle.

These people told me my lender charged a $3000 fee to
These people told me my lender charged a $3000 fee to take my loan and they rolled it over into the cost of my car. I called my lender and they made it very clear that they don’t charge loan or origination fees. This isn’t my only issue with them so I’m filing a complaint with the Atty General and every other entity that they’re connected with. I’m not playing these games. Make sure you read those contracts because they have some unsavory practices.

Hi, Please don’t dismiss me as if your sales team wasn’t scamming me. I was told purchasing the warranty was a requirement or the deal wouldn’t go through therefore, it was NOT optional. I only learned it was an option after speaking with my lender. That’s when I canceled it. I spoke with Weston yesterday. Really nice guy.
Extended Warranty Service Experience
My service representative was amazing to work with from Start to finish. Mark was always keeping me abreast of the needs and status. He was even going to battle for me and my family against our extended warrant company that was unreasonable and unjust in the way the warranty is written verse what was covered. I would highly recommend working with Camelback Infiniti for your service needs. Unbelievable customer service and care.
