I had an amazing experience with my purchase

Disappointed

Went in for my suv not starting and my transmission blown ... they fixed the transmission which was great but they didn't do anything for the battery and got stuck at a gas station while taking my family on a road trip which AAA said the battery was bad .. then the recommended for me to get brakes and rotors done at 1k and they said it was dangerous to be on the road and I should get them done and I could get a discount if I go throw them . Went to my local mechanic the very next day and they said 100% opposite which my front brakes are almost brand new and my rear brakes are about 70% what a disappoint in the service and just lying to people

I have been to a lot of dealerships in my time and I can definitely say infiniti on camelback treats me like family! I had the pleasure to sit with Lon while he went over what my new car can do for me. There was so much that I didn't know that this car can do. He didn't rush me and took the time to make sure the car fits to my personal needs, which showed me he cares personally about his customers. After you buy your car, make sure and ask for Lon so he can show you all the extra things your car can do for you! Thanks Lon!

If you are looking for a great experience when purchasing

If you are looking for a great experience when purchasing a car at infiniti on camelback, then you need to make sure and ask for Edward! You will not be disappointed at all. Edward asked all the right questions and made sure he put me in the right car that could afford my monthly budget. He didn't rush me and just listened to what I was looking for. He didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need either. He started with a smile when he greeted us, and that smile never left. Great customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Edward!
