Thomas Lynch really takes good care of his customers. I never had to call him for anything, he called and sent me updates periodically throughout the day. Thomas is the one and only service provider I would go through for life!

RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP MANAGER RICK IS A CRIMINAL
Run from this dealership, the service manager Rick is unreasonable and refuses to take blame for a problem caused during service here, Infiniti consumer affairs is having a problem with him as well. Also when taking in for your 30k service they will attempt to sell you on a 750 service. Don't do it!! You only need a oil change. Just and update as of 04/16/2016 My car has now broken down twice due to service by this dealer. They put on the wrong coolant caps and is what caused the leaks RIGHT AFTER SERVICE. Thank god there was another infiti dealership nearby when i broke down. Rick has even admitted that his dealer probably caused the issue, but will not compensate me in anyway. NEVER BUYING OR SERVICING AT THIS AUTOGROUP AGAIN.

Repairing a difficult problem with my Nissan infinity.
Thomas Lynch is my representative that is trying to resolve a difficult problem with my Nissan Murano. Thomas has been more than courteous and very professional in this process I look forward to working with him in the future to resolve this very difficult issue that another dealership has been less than friendly regarding the problem. Great service every time!
Every time I step into Infiniti Camelback I receive great service, from the greeter when you first walk in, to my service advisor Shelby, even being remembered and getting a warm greeting by the GM. Everyone really is efficient, professional and warm. I always feel welcome and receive prompt and efficient service!

We got lucky!!
Lon met my husband at Einstein Bagels the other morning. Noticed the Infiniti logo on his shirt. We had some questions about the Q50 my husband just purchased in California. Without hesitation Lon took us outside to help us with the car. He spent 30 minutes going over the vehicle with us. I am so impressed. The lease on my vehicle is coming up very soon. Based on the experience and the level of service I think we found our next dealership. Thank you Lon so very much. Look forward to doing business with you in the future.
