Thomas is like a friend....
really awesome experience again with Thomas Lynch, my service rep. granted, i wasn't thrilled in spending $1800 on a new AC compressor for my car, but the experience is the same as a regular oil change service and a massive AC service like this one - exceptional!! Thomas really takes the time to make you feel like a friend or family member and I will no go anywhere else for my car service. Thank YOU Thomas!!!

Great and Very Communicative Customer Service
Thomas was very thorough and found out that my car was not listed correctly within Infinity. He promptly resolved the Warranty issue and actually saved me money by not trying to charge me for work that was not necessary. He was very polite and informative when I came to pick up my car. As a single mom and not knowing a lot about cars, he made me feel very secure in the information that he provided me.

Phenomenal training experience
This was the most phenomenal training experience I ever had after buying a new car. Lon Williams was patient and very experienced with the cars functions. This is my third Infiniti and the first time this personal training venue was offered to me. I will now be an Ininiti owner forever! Thank you Lon and Camelback Infiniti!

Helpful helper
My Mom and Dad had me meet with Lon because I'm the tech guy in the house lol. He didn't care that I couldn't even drive yet he treated me like I was the owner. Lon was a helpful helper, he taught me a lot of things I did not know about my car he's a great assistance!!!

I recentlypurchased a car from Camelback Infiniti and by far it is the best dealership I've worked with . Tanya assisted me during the process and was vey knowledgeable and patient. Lon came to the house to teach me how to use my new Infiniti. This was a very helpful experience! I learned a lot how to use all the things and gadgets and the neat features of my new car. This was so helpful, if Lon hadn't come out I wouldn't have known that my car did so much!
