Fantastic
Any service my Infiniti needs it gets done at this location, they do an spectacular service. They have a really nice waiting area for the customer to relax while your car it's taking care of. The waiting room has a nice lounge that offers coffee, water, donuts, tv, Internet. I always have a pleasant time waiting for my car ??

Thomas provides customer oriented service, very professional and friendly.. Explained all aspects of service. Informed me ahead of time when car would be ready. Car was clean and ready as promised.

Service team was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Brent was extremely accommodating and the electronic details of my service actually arrived in my email at the same time the service manager did! I was able to electronically accept or deny extra services on my phone with no underlying pressure. Thanks Camelback Infinity!

Very Happy
I was a little unsure about my purchase for a couple weeks and then the dealership sent out Lon to go over all the features with me. After his visit I felt like I had a better understanding of the vehicle and have been enjoying it more and more. I recommend this dealership highly and think the service is great!

Thomas was knowledgeable and helpful. We called for an appointment early in the morning. He got us in the same day. We were given a loner car and had our repaired and serviced car the following day. He helped to make it an easy experience,

Great Service
The personal appointment with Lon to review my new car features was a great service and Lon is very helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and review the navigation and entertainment system in my new QX50. I really liked this service instead of a rushed review at the time of pick up. The dealership has been working hard to provide good customer service throughout the experience and I would recommend them if you are in the market for a new car.
