My experience at Infiniti was perfect. I'm not a car guy and even less of a car buying guy. Honestly, it's usually one of my least favorite life experiences. Infiniti on Camelback changed everything. Every person was helpful, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with from Joel in sales to Polly and Michael in financing to Lon in aftercare. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Oh ya, I also love my Infiniti!!

I am always thrilled with the level of professionalism and efficiency. As a working mom, I have little time between dropping off the kids to school and getting to the office. Shelby knows my window of time is limited and always works to get me in and out in a timely manner. We communicate via voicemails typically but it all works out perfectly.

Thomas helped with a scheduled oil change. He is consistent with his service and always very thorough with explaining everything. He is prompt with his follow-up.
