A great experience

Coming from a customer service background I was so happy that Infiniti On Camelback made my satisfaction thier priority. I did not feel pressured at all and they were easy to communicate with, unlike some other dealership I visited before I purchased. I will be recommending Infininti On Camelback to everyone I know who needs a vehicle.

great customer service. price was right.

The dealership is very clean and nice. The sales staff was great and I received a great price. They even came to my house to show me all the ins and outs of my car. Enjoyed my purchase tremendously.

What a surprise

Quick an easy. I helped a friend buy a car because of a language barrier and the staff was patient and made us all feel at ease. We got the deal we wanted and could not be happier.

Superb!

Just last week I purchased a new 2015 Q50a. This is my fifth Infiniti, and I believe that should speak volumes in itself. I LOVE this vehicle, it basically sells itself. I have been a customer of the service department at Infiniti on Camelback for a couple of years now, but I had never purchased through them until now. I honestly had the best experience! From start to finish, I was taken care of impeccably. I was treated with the utmost respect, and as a female, that means the world. I had a terrific sales person named Tom Daniels, Thank You Tom! And Mike, thank you for your patience, going over information and working with me. And lastly, Lon Williams- who came out to my home, spent one hour with me, set up all the computer data and went over all the features to my new Infiniti. Talk about customer service!!! Thank you gentlemen! I appreciate all that you did to make this an amazing experience!

The Only Plaçe to Buy a Car!

If you are looking for an amazing car and an equally amazing dealership....you have to go to Infiniti On Camelback!! We were met a the door by James Bakalar. James was so kind and really took the time to listen to what we were shopping for. He was very knowledgeable about the Infiniti, was very organized and efficient. James was really pleasant to talk with and he made us feel like we had known him a long time!! Michae Loyola, in finance, walked us through the paperwork process in a very organized way. He had everything ready to go so we signed papers quickly. He knew exactly what he was doing and we enjoyed visiting with him as we took care of the details. We were really impressed with the overall experience at the dealerships. After we took our new vehicle home, the dealership scheduled Lon Williams to come out to our house to go over all of the features on the car. This was really helpful and Lon was so sweet, personable and professional. We are still so pleased with our entire experience and would highly recommend this dealership!!

Review of Infinity Technology & Sales

Lon from Infiniti technology was absolutely incredible in helping us learn all the features of our Infiniti Q80. He illustrated great patience during the entire learning. Lon meticulously took us through each feature and demonstrated then taught us how to execute. What a great experience and now I am happy to be able to optimize the many features on my Q80. Also we had a great sales experience with James who was highly attentive, flexible and knowledgable. James ensured we not only had a great sales experience but also had the car prepped and ready to make an excellent presentation.

Excellent Service

I've been using the Infinit on Camelback to service my G35 for the past 5 years. I've had the pleasure of having Shelby as my service specialist during this time. Shelby does a great job of giving me the information I need when my services are scheduled and lets me know what is coming up in the next few services, but never pressuring me to get anything. He will let you know if something urgent is coming up so that I can plan accordingly. My experience has been outstanding with the Infiniti team and especially Shelby.
