very happy customer

EXTREMLY HELPFUL. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. EASY TO LEARN WHAT I DIDNT KNOW AND LON HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE I DID NOT FEEL PRESURRED TO UNDERSTAND EVERY THING THE FIRST TIME.LON GAVE ME HIS PHONE NUMBER TO CALL HIM BEFORE WE EVEN MET. HE SAID I YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CALL ME ANY TIME.

Great Car Buying Experience!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was so anxious going into this experience due to a pushy car salesman in the past. I was immediately set at ease by Tom, my salesman. He was kind, informative and never made me feel uneasy. Polly in finance really went to bat for me to get the best deal possible. She was so fantastic! Everyone that I met that day was super helpful and nice. Kurt, the general manager, offered for me to come back to have the car re-detailed because it was raining the day I got it. They even filled the gas tank again for me. Lon came out a week later or so and showed my husband and I how to work the computer system of the car. He was super helpful and patient!!! He is also coming back in a few weeks to clear up any other questions we might have. This is definitely the dealership to get a car from. I love my new Q50!!!!!!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!

Loving my Q-50

I purchased a used 2014 Infiniti Q50 in May 2015, and my total experience was very pleasant. My sales person was Michael Murphy, who was very professional and helpful. My finance manager was Michael Loyola who took his time explaining to me the process and the warranty plan. After having the car for one evening I noticed a scratch on the hood and called Mr. Murphy. He told me not to worry and set me up an appt with the service department and my service consultant Shelby. Shelby was there to greet me and even had a loaner car waiting for me. He took care of all my concerns. Finally I was also scheduled with the Client loyalty manager Lon Williams. Lon was scheduled to teach me how to use my new car and all its fabulous features: navigation, backup camera, SXM, audio and much more. It was an hour visit and well worth ever minute. I learned so much. So thank you to everyone at Infiniti on Camelback , this place really knows how to treat their clients.. I will be recommending all my friends and family to go see Michael Murphy and buy a new or used car today.. MzSage

I got my dream car!

Steve was our sales guy and really listened to what we were looking for. We were looking for a used car but ended up leading a brand new q50. We never dreamed that would be possible. We are very happy with our new car,

Terrible setvice

My husband and I were in the market for a 2015 Tahoe. While out of town we looked at this dealerships website and noticed they had one. We called and spoke with Shannon, the sales manager. A price was negotiated and we put a $500 deposit down to hold the Tahoe for a few days until we were back in town. We agreed to drive down from Northern Az today with payment in hand to pick it up. On our drive down, Shannon called to tell us they had sold it!! She apologized and said her manager sold it on Sunday and she was terribly sorry. My husband asked to speak to the manager and the coward would not get on the phone. Needless to say we will NEVER buy anything from this dealership. Also, they have not credited out deposit back!
