Great Customer Care

Such a pleasant surprise to have Lon come to our house and sit in our new car with us showing us how to use all the bells and whistles. All our questions were answered and he showed us ztuff we'd have never figured out.

AWESOME

This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. This is my second vehicle purchased from them. Their service department is top rated and Lon Williams is the best part of buying my car from this dealship

Excellent experience!

Very pleased! Definitely recommend!! This dealership has helped change my perspective of car dealerships. I got a very competitive price quote from Richard, the sales manager online. When we went in, we were helped by Mark who was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us showing us and explaining all details and features of the new G37 we were interested in. We test drove 2 cars and picked one. We settled on a very decent price (after trade) and everyone was pretty easy to deal with from the manager to finance department. No aggressive pushy tones. The car was detailed and ready for us to go. Was a long evening but cannot be happier. Mark personally came over to my office to get my car setup with some of the features (Bluetooth, memory seats) next day. And setup an appointment with Shelby for some cleanup/checkup work on the car. Shelby was also very professional and took care of all concerns. Everything was delivered as promised. Lon Williams came over to my house next week and explained all the features for the car and help setup voice recognition. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Overall very happy with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Infiniti On Camelback and Mark Metzar/Lon Williams would be the go to guys.

Excellent Experience

Excellent Experience I can?t say enough nice things about my experience purchasing a new QX60 at Infiniti on Camelback. My initial contact was with Michael Hyatt who met us at the curb and took us inside. Michael heard our choice of vehicle and explained the available trim and equipment options. After our test ride in the QX60 we chose, we met with Glenn Keeten and Michael to discuss possible transaction terms, the value of our trade-in vehicle and a fair price for the QX60. There was never any pressure or urgency to their attitude; only a strong willingness to help us determine that the QX60 was the SUV for us. The next day we returned to Infiniti on Camelback, ready for the final negotiation on the vehicle we wanted. This time we met with Michael Hyatt and Richard Sieck, who were both very accommodating. In the end, we were delighted with the deal we struck. This was one of the finest car-buying experiences I?ve ever had. Polly Swafford did a great job completing all the necessary paperwork for us. And she was both quite professional, not to mention very persuasive, in her presentation of the extended warranty and prepaid service products she could offer us. Following the sale, Lon Williams came to our house and did a masterful job explaining the QX60?s NASA-like electronic driver assists, navigation aids, and entertainment programs. I was absolutely amazed at all the really cool things this QX60 can do. But best of all, Lon programmed his cell phone number into the vehicle?s system, so I can call him whenever I forget how to access all those fun features. All in all, I was very impressed with the entire staff we met at Infiniti on Camelback. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Regular Maintenance

Oil Change Easy in, Easy Out! The waiting area is super comfy with leather chairs and couches, a flat panel in the wall, surround speakers up above, lots of magazines, a mini fridge that is always filled with cold water and a cappacino/espresso machine that is complimentary as well! The paperwork "about your vehicle" is super helpful and shows what needs attention, their associated costs and recommendations! No pushy sales guys here! They simply make suggestions... Sign off the paperwork, receive your keys, a friendly handshake and your out the door! Can't get much better then that! -XtremeFX11

Simply Outstanding!

If you, as a consummer, are looking for outstanding customer service and attention to detail, then this is the dealership for you! I have been bringing my vehicle to be serviced at Camelback Infinity since the dealership opened its doors. I won't go anywhere else as I am treated like royalty. Shelby Clark has made me feel like my patronage is important and he cares that I am satisfied with all the services from start to finish.
