Best car buying experience by far
I purchased my new Infiniti Q50 and had an fantastic experience. I wasnt aware of all the amazing technology that my vehicle was capable of. Shannon was very knowledgeable and I must say, I was wowed! The sales managers made the purchase process very easy. I dont like all the back and forth so their transparency was refreshing. From the start Shannon stayed in contact with me and listened to my needs. She even set me up with. Lon who has veen very helpful in teaching me how to use my new Q. They receive an A+ in my book.

Very helpful
I am very happy with my purchase from this dealership. Everything went really smooth and they even sent a guy out to go over all the technology. He even set my wife's key settings to Spanish so she could navigate the car better. Great service!

Simply the best
I have bought many cars but this experience really takes the cake. Not only was it the easiest negotiation process but everyone who I dealt with were both professional and extremely accommodating. My salesperson was informative and helped me find the best car to fit my needs. I was not sure I would find a car that I liked better than my previous car but all the help explaining the features of the Q50 has me comfortable using features I never took advantage of in my last Infiniti.

Very Nice, Professional, Car Knowledge
Ritisha presented the Q50 to me very professionally. I did not know that there was so much technology put into these cars. I also had a great experience. She was also very nice and service was very fast.

Interim service at last minute
I called Shelby when I was 30 seconds from the dealership with no appointment. He always remembers me and I have bought quite a few cars from Infiniti. He was ready for me as I drove up and got me in and out very quickly, as all I needed was an oil change and filter. I make sure Shelby is at the dealership before I drive in. He is the best.

Excellent technical support and attention to detail
Recently having bought a new vehicle from the Phoenix dealership we were offered an appointment with the dealerships technology guru. I was at first skeptical of how useful the technical support tutorial would be, but after spending a short amount of time with Lon Williams, it became very clear that this tutorial was immensely helpful. Lon was clear, concise, and very knowledgeable about the technology associated with Infinitis vehicles. He provided explanations as well as required us to demonstrate functions which proved to be very useful in retention of loads of information. Lon was also able to help us with a technical issue in one of our other vehicles (not Infiniti). The overall experience at the dealership was great. I've taken the car in once to get some customization completed and was out of there in 45 min. The dealship is clean with friendly and helpful staff.
