This is the 2nd Subaru we have purchased from the dealership and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Everyone at dealership from salesmen to service department are very professional and courteous.

This is my second Subaru from Romain. I would not go anywhere else. Tyler was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about Jacob in the service dept.

Tyler was very knowledgeable of all Subarus Helped me understand the differences between the Forrester and the Outback which ultimately helped me make my decision After my decision and I had completed my purchase he got in the car and explained all the different functions of the car Contacted me a few days after and helped me with an upgrade to remote start that I hadn’t opted for at the time of the sale He has made himself available if I ever have any questions

Smooth transaction purchasing certified Cadillac

I found a car online that I like and contacted the dealer via cars.com. They were quick to respond and set up a meeting time at my convenience. I met with sales exec Doug Goth and thoroughly explained the vehicle and the buying process. He was responsive to my requests with no high pressure to buy. It was a smooth transaction and we are happy with the Cadillac. I recommend Romain.

Looking all over for a specific truck, I came across...

Looking all over for a specific truck, I came across Romain Cross Pointe having one in stock. I called and spoke to the internet sales manager. I confirmed the truck was available and asked to receive pictures of the truck as there were not any online. Within 10 minutes, I was called by another person from the dealership stating one of the managers had their buddy test driving the vehicle and it was considered sold. Bummer but oh well. That brings me to today. My father reached back out unaware that I had already done so. They told him the truck was unavailable until today. Michael reached out with a completely different story about it might be available, it might not. It depends if the dealer trade was going to happen.. what dealer trade? I was told a completely different story. This may seem like a small issue, but if they are lying about why a vehicle is there or not there.. what else are they lying about? Very disappointed but definitely wont consider for any future purchases.

Tyler Emmet was such a wonderful help in purchasing my new vehicle. There was NO high pressure only enthusiasm and knowledge about a wonderful vehicle. Tyler is an outstanding member of the Romain team. I made 2 visits, a year apart. The first went so well that a year later when I was certain I was ready I returned looking for Tyler. I traveled 70 miles to purchase from this dealership!

No Pain, No Hassle Subaru Purchase

We utilized the Costco Auto Program when we purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from Romain Subaru in Evansville, Indiana. The sales rep who took care of us, Tyler Emmett was very knowledgeable about the Costco program and also about the Subaru we were looking at. Tyler could not have been more helpful as he answered all of our questions, and was extremely professional in our dealings. And since we are not necessarily "tech savy", upon delivery of our new vehicle, Tyler took as much time as we needed to get comfortable with all aspects of the new technology that is in the vehicle. We recommend Romain Subaru and especially recommend dealing with Tyler.

Tyler Emmett, made our car buying experience the best we...

Tyler Emmett, made our car buying experience the best we have ever had. He knew his products extremely well and was able to answer all our questions. He spent time with us to explain standard equipment and options. He is a good listener, as well and made great recommendations based on our conversations. We are very pleased with our choice. The buying process was the least stressful we've ever encountered. We had been to a couple of other dealerships and we were not impressed with their attitude or the product.....thank you Romain Subaru, Tyler and Amy.

Excellent Saleperson

Our slaeperson Tyler Emmett was great to deal with. Honest, knowledge and very helpful purchasing the car and then helped us set up all electronic systems on the vehicle. Is always avaiable to call and ask for help on anything.
