We recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Outback from Romain Cross Pointe. Every aspect from beginning with Tyler Emmett to finishing up with Brian Trask was the best it could be. I went to dealership after finding a suv I found online. My salesman Malcolm Cook, was very knowledgeable in the suv I was referring about. I ended up buying it from him, he was an awesome salesman, very friendly, not pushy at all.. Then I had an issue a few days later, I contacted Mr. Cook, and he bent over backwards to help me with my issue, even though I bought a suv “as is”. He resolved my issue quickly and effectively. I have never had a salesman like Malcolm Cook, he is what you call exceptional customer service. If you want a good experience buying a vehicle please ask for Mr. Malcolm Cook….you won’t be disappointed.

These are the people who put the C in Customer service. I called about a vehicle and the representative went out of his way to make sure that I got pictures and find the car that I wanted.
