Thankyou to the staff at Romain. I have been a customer for 29 years and have just purchased my fourth vehicle, a 2025 Crosstrek. Jessica was exceptional. Cudos also to Tyler and everyone I may have forgotten by name.

They were very friendly and helpful when I was purchasing

They were very friendly and helpful when I was purchasing a vehicle. When I picked it up they showed me all the features, how they worked and called me a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied. My salesman was Mike Keller and I would recommend him to everyone needing a vehicle.

Instead of resetting tire sensors they want to replace

Instead of resetting tire sensors they want to replace them all costing 450 I was going to buy a new vehicle there but now I’ll look elsewhere service department is not very good
