Recently bought a 2006 Ford F-250 king ranch from cars and pick ups after seeing the trucks on diesel sellerz. Had to find my own financing because the salesman Courtney thought a 14 percent interest rate was a good deal. After driving the truck I had my doubts, but Courtney and Matt said if anything was wrong they would do the right thing. I took the truck in good faith that they would take care of anything minimal do to their pre-sale inspection. I took the truck home and after the 1st day took the truck to a local diesel shop because not even 100 miles out of Dallas a service light came on. I messaged Courtney and all he said was “I’ll let Matt know,” never heard anything back . Had the truck for two days and it’s been in the shop for 2 and a half weeks. Needs new up pipes for a cracked exhaust new radiator because the one that was in there leaks coolant. New fuel pressure spring to fix the service light. Amongst other problems. 3 thousand and some change later I can drive the truck without a worry. Overpriced and xxxxty people. Take your money elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend. Also Courtney said the truck was deleted... and of course after further inspection needs an entire delete kit. I have pictures to prove everything.

Bought a 2014 ram 3500, everything looked good on it. It was very clean. Let me take it for a test drive as long as I wanted. The roads there are in very bad condition, so it covered up the horrible ride in the truck. I do realize it is a 3500, but it was bad. It was also my first dually purchase, so shame on me for not knowing better. First they tried to shame me into taking less on my trade in than what was offered over the phone. I went ahead with the purchase and when I had it checked out by my local shop to try and figure out the shaking and the horrible ride, they found that the drive shaft was 2" too short, the shocks in the rear were missing the bushing allowing a ton of play. The remote start has never worked along with a host of other electrical problems that I have been chasing. I had to put $4k into it just to try and fix the problems with the vehicle. Not to mention once I had the truck washed all of the swirl marks in the pain appeared. The finance manager told me that all they do is put $1k-$2k dollars in a truck that they get to make it look good and that's it. They do not fix any problems known or unknown before they sell these vehicles. My advice would be to look at everything very carefully before you buy a higher than market priced vehicle from them. They have some questionable ones in the warehouse. Good photographer though, lol.

I would recommend these guys to anyone! Buying a vehicle shouldn?t be a hard thing and these guys by far have been the best experience I have ever had! I was in and out in 30 minutes Great people! Great service! Ask for Charles very respectful and very cool guy! And matt the GM was very knowledgeable and made sure you were 100% comfortable and confident in your purchase! Awesome dealership!

Went in , friendly staff, great inventory, well maintained facility and no pressure salesman. Would have purchased but offer on my trade was slightly under what I needed. I recommend them
