Lied to me on the phone and in person about fees.
Lied to me on the phone and in person about fees. I expected sticker price + tax, title, and license fees. Instead was presented with a mandatory $2880 add on package when it came time to finalize the price. Don't waste your time here.

Employees were courteous and professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end . They were able to provide an approx time of when the work would be completed and it was actually 30 mins sooner. They called us promptly and the cashier completed the transaction quickly.

Have twice attempted to buy a car from these people.
Have twice attempted to buy a car from these people. First, we arrived with our exact specifications. Omar then tried to push is into a car with sunroof or other extras that we DO NOT WANT. After the big storm, we decided to come back to make certain our blue/grey&blue Sportage Hybrid was ordered. Again, Omar joined us at Pablo's desk. He insisted his dealership MUST add extras (around $2k). We are adamant that we want to buy the car. We are adamant that we want the colors we want. And we DO NOT WANT ANY EXTRA ANYTHING. We are willing to pay FULL PRICE plus tax & license. Why is is so damned hard to buy what we want without all the xxxxxxxx? Will never go to Fredy again.
