The seller was extremely efficient and professional. Work very hard to make the deal possible in the best way. He felt genuine through the process and was not desperate to get the deal (very important). I have had Kia before and I like in general the product. Of course, my recommendation for improving the product even more would be to make it more energy efficient(examples: more variety on hybrid and fully electric cars).

My experience went quite well. Nicholas was resourceful with his knowledge on the vehicles. And I didn't feel rushed at all or forced to make a decision. James was kind and pretty quick as well. I stayed within my budget and left with a great car. My original choice was a Kia Soul but with some help from Nick I found a better option. Thanks again Nick & Fredy Kia!

Not Impressed

Very new employees, didn't get the full quality service. Sales men not very knowledgeable of their own cars. Didn't buy the car.

Great customer service

Best buying experience ever. Went in told everyone what I was looking for and what price range and they gave me a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. Will definitely choose Fredy Kia again in the future.

Best service ever

I just bought a vehicle from here and I must say this has been by far the best experience in buying a car from the salesman Mario to the sales manager Jesse to the finance manager I worked with they all made sure I got what I needed!!!! Best service in all of Houston Fredy Kia should be everyone's go to dealer

Not an ok experience

They need more options to pick from. I got a 2017 Kia Forte n I hate that it don't have a light in the front seat area like there is a print right where it suppose to be at but it's nothing there. The basic model is too basic!

Car Buyer

I had a GREAT car buying experience. JB and Garrett took excellent care of me. The whole staff was very polite and helpful including the receptionist. I am so glad that I decided to go to Fredy Kia I give them a 2 thumbs up and I love my new car.

The Great Experience

I would like to applaud Mario my salesman and Sam the finance manager they were awesome. My experience was hassle free and very professional which made my experience the greatest of all for my first time buying a vehicle. Thank you both!

I live in Humble and go all the way to Fredy Kia on the Gulf freeway. My experiance from buying my car and service is excellent. Thats why I come way across town to get things handled. It took less than a day to get my car. I have never experienced that before when getting a new car.
