TSF Auto deserves negative amounts of stars which is not an option on this review site. I was looking for a Mini Cooper with 4 doors and manual transmission within 25 miles of my home. There were none except this one near me. I was reluctant because it was not a branded dealership and I have been warned about car dealerships along route 46 in Bergen County, but we wanted to test drive a Mini quickly. We made an appointment around noon to TEST DRIVE this mini at 5 PM. When we arrived at this VERY SKETCHY looking place off 46 behind the airport, we debated just leaving, but they kept emailing (3X), texting (3X) and calling us (3X) to confirm so we tried it. We did not meet with the assigned salesperson, Tatiana Albert, but some 20-year-old looking boy who was at the front garage door. He took us into the outside lot squeezing between rain-soaked cars into LITERALLY the far back corner to the WRONG CAR!!!. He blamed his coworker Tatiana and took us to another car in the back corner of the INSIDE lot to the right car, but it was hopelessly parked in and my sister could not even squeeze into the driver seat to turn the car on. We mentioned this to the young man and he said they only bring the cars out to be test driven if a client shows real interest. We mentioned that this was a ridiculous way to draw in customers and then inconvenience them to wait while they extricated the car but the kid argued with me saying that it was the way they did business and they only brought the cars out if someone showed serious interest. We told him at this point that he had wasted our time and were leaving because we could not test drive the car. He then showed us a mini near the entrance that had 4 doors and asked if we were interested, but it was not manual so we declined. TSF Auto was a t-otal waste of time and sitting in traffic for a disappointing and frustrating situation with a disrespectful, argumentative salesperson.

A+++ service Best car buying experience in the tri state area by far. Victor and Igor worked out every concern I had with car. Never felt pressured to buy anything. Kids will be driving in 2-3 years. I know where I’m going to get there car now. Honest and friendly and they make you feel comfortable.

The best dealer I have ever been too. Every car they have in the showroom is super clean. I came to look at a mini cooper and I was not disappointed. Super happy with my purchase would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used car. 100/10 !!

Car was sold minutes before my appointment. I read that shady places do this but after all the positive reviews I decided to gave this place a try and commuted an hour to be told the car was just sold. They texted me 3 times the day before as a reminder so it doesn’t seem like contacting me about this was an issue if it is even true.

Walked out of 2 car dealerships due to the sales experience, not the ambiance, which is probably what all the add-ons were about. Spent less than 2 hours with Igor & left the next day with my new/used SUV. He did not try to talk me into anything except what I chose to look at. Outrageous service. Even took the True Car bonus off. They are top notch people to work with all around. Even the young men were very personable.! I would recommend them to my family and friends if ever needed!
