Car was sold minutes before my appointment. I read that shady places do this but after all the positive reviews I decided to gave this place a try and commuted an hour to be told the car was just sold. They texted me 3 times the day before as a reminder so it doesn’t seem like contacting me about this was an issue if it is even true.

Walked out of 2 car dealerships due to the sales experience, not the ambiance, which is probably what all the add-ons were about. Spent less than 2 hours with Igor & left the next day with my new/used SUV. He did not try to talk me into anything except what I chose to look at. Outrageous service. Even took the True Car bonus off. They are top notch people to work with all around. Even the young men were very personable.! I would recommend them to my family and friends if ever needed!

Purchased a Mercedes E300 a week ago. Very happy with the vehicle. Process was quick snd easy with no nonsense like other places I visited prior to finding TSF. Was in and out under and hour. Would highly recomend this dealership. Worked with Igor.

Would not recommend this dealer.Just bought a vehicle come to find the engine light came on after first refill of gas.Come to find out the reason the engine light came on was a turbo issue $2000 to repair.You can easily reset to make the engine light go out which i think they did.Also when i drove home i noticed grease all over my front wheel took it to my mechanic the boot on the axle was ripped and had to replace the axle $350.Also the lane assist warning stop working.All this right after i bought the car and i feel they sold me the car with all these problems without disclosing the problems.They won't repair or pay for repairs and i may take them to court.If anyone has any thoughts let me know.After market insurance is very expensive.The car did have 92,500 mi and paid $19500.

After a misunderstanding everything was resolved.Will recommend to buy a car most trustworthy during this time in pandemic where cars are soo expensive.Love my car
