Great experience and great car!

I have given this dealership a five star rating mostly because of the great experience I had purchasing my first car. I was able to find a car that worked perfectly for the needs and budget I had coming in thanks to my very kind salesman Ryan Lambert. He made this purchase very easy. If you're looking for an easy buying experience I highly recommend!

Great Salesman & Dealership

Ryan Lambert was friendly, personable, encouraging & very professional in the process. I am a 73 year old woman who was by myself & I never felt intimidated or disrespected in any way by Ryan or any member of this dealership. It was clean, friendly & most accommodating. Add to that...... I LOVE my Hyundai Kona!! I will definitely recommend Johnson Hyundai & Ryan Lambert!!

Faithful customer came back again

This is my second Hyundai purchase from this dealership and this experience was even better than the last. I have been a Hyundai owner for about 5 years and have been to 3 different dealerships and Johnson in Cary is my favorite! They are very attentive and they work hard to get you the best outcome without hassling you or pressuring you into anything.

Love my new Kona

Twice I came in to test drive the Kona. It was one of 5 cars on my list. Both times Gustavo helped me. He answered all my questions and was really patient with teaching me all the features of the new cars. Everyone at the dealership was kind, friendly and easy to work with.

Expectations Met / Happy Customer!

My friend & I came to this dealership uncertain of what type of vehicle we were going to purchase (new or used). Our first impression was a bit underwhelming having to seek out assistance & advice. However, our sales representative Michael Nguyen quickly recognized our interest and recovered the experience with sensitivity, humor and an easy going rapport. He kept the sales experience moving along without too many complications or obstacles, all while keeping my friend’s 7 year old daughter entertained! We purchased a new vehicle on his recommendation within the range of a fore mentioned budget.

Service done quickly and done right.

My Azera is a terrific luxury sedan, but not a big seller. When I needed to replace a busted tire rim on a road trip some 400 miles from home, Johnson Hyundai was the only dealer in five states to have the rim in stock. I just happen to live five miles away and was heading home at the time. I made it home on the spare, and had my car fixed the next day!

My first car buying experience was so awesome and legit

I've been borrowing my sister's cars for years during undergrad and when I got a full time job after graduating. Finally saved enough moola to buy my first ever car! I visited a couple other dealerships in the area, but Hyundai had the friendliest / most welcoming environment. I worked with Damion Green. He was very professional, friendly, didn't try to intimidate me / pressure me into buying, and worked super hard to provide me with an affordable option. Joshua Bisson in finance was also very helpful and friendly! He made sure that I understood the financial side of everything. I am loving my Kona. They don't play games here. Would def recommended this Hyundai dealership!
