Best dealership for service.
Today I brought my car in for 3 items. Routine oil change , annual inspection and to have my transmission fluid changed as I just hit 65,000 miles on my 2011 Tuscon Limited. As I arrived I ws promptly greeted both outside and inside the service area. Although I opted to stay I was offered a courtesy ride if necessary. I relaxed in the lounge was able to connect to free wifi , watch TV or just relax and have a great cup of hot coffee and enjoy one of the many snacks offered. The staff checked numerous times to see if I needed anything and my car was services in a timely manner. I have been a loyal customer since switching to a Hyundai and have owned 5 new cars because of the great treatment my wife Lois and I receive when purchasing or having a car serviced. I highly recommend Johnson Hyundai to all my friends and family.

Friendly and efficient service
Carl was very knowledgeable and helpful and always had a smile on his face. I did a lot of research online prior to visiting the dealership. Carl was low pressure and did a great job of answering my remaining questions to make sure that the car I had chosen was a good fit for me. I especially appreciated his support after the sale. After getting home, I noticed a minor glitch with my paperwork. Carl was just as willing to help post-deal as pre-deal. Carl is a classy, talented salesperson.

New lease experience
I originally intended to go in for an oil change but have had my eye on the Tucson for quite some time. I decided to see what I could do with my current vehicle. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Matt provided feedback on my current vehicle and that it would be no issue to move to the Tucson. I was then handed off to Shareef who was genuine, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was able to get to a price point that fit my budget and even signing paperwork with K.C was enjoyable! All in all a great team to work with.

Another wonderful experience

Very satisfactory experience!
Although I had done some "homework" on car buying in order to be prepared (in hopes it would be less stressful as car buying sometimes can be )...salesman Carl Claiborne immediately put me at ease. He was very patient with my many questions and allowed me to take all the time I needed with everything from the test drive to the decision to buy new or buy used to the final deal and making sure the car was perfectly detailed. He was courteous, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I love my new (used) car and would definitely go back to Johnson Hyundai in the future!!

Great Experience
I worked with Gustavo Cavalheiro to buy a new car. He was super helpful and worked hard to get me the best price I can get. First time buyer
I was a first time car buyer, so I was obviously nervous. Carl was friendly and professional. I came in looking at the Kona, but quickly found I liked the Tucson. Carl checked in, but left me to look at the vehicles myself. He was then there when I was ready to test drive and talk specifics. He was incredibly knowledgable and worked to get the best deal possible. I’m extremely pleased with my experience and would recommend anyone to go see Carl!
