Talked to Lorne about purchasing a specialty vehicle (Maserati Quattroporte). At first I was worried about buying all the way across the country. After talking with him several times I felt more confident in the purchase. He sent me videos of the vehicle running, shots of it on the lift and went over the entire car. I was helped every step of the way and received the car just as I thought. After 3 months of having the car I am convinced it was the perfect buy. Bought an audi s4 there. Initially I loved the vehicle. A few days later the engine light came on. Deleted the code and came back on. Also had a coolant line break with in the first month. Told the dealership and told them what the code read but they did not want to hear it and insread Lorne started fighting with me and yelling at me saying it's impossible. My neighbor also bought his Subaru from them and told me that once they get the car off the lot they are not very friendly especially with repairs or customer service. I will never buy anything from these guys again. Customer should be treated with respect. Not yelled at.

I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from them while living in New Mexico. Lorne helped every step of the way, he emailed me within minutes, showed me pictures, helped me set up my own independent inspection, and even put me in contact with his shipper to get it sent here. The car arrived in great condition and I couldn't be happier with it. I was very nervous dealing with such a large amount of money over such a long distance but Lorne didn't make me regret a thing. I highly recommend him either through distance or especially locally. Prices are very fair and he will work with you to make sure you too are a happy customer who comes back to review him positively.
