I bought a 2005 Kia Sportage from L W Automotive. This company took care of everything and made the buying process very simple. The car had a small problem with the radiator system, and these people went above and beyond the call to get it fixed for me . I will recommend this dealer to everyone I can, you don't find very many people who treat you with the courtesy and respect that LW Automotive does.

LW Automotive is what every dealership should strive to be like. I'm a bit of a car guy and always enjoy driving past LW's lot to catch a glimpse of the fun and amazing cars they have out front. Last time I did a 2004 Pontiac GTO caught my eye and I checked it out on their great website when I got home. I was intrigued; the miles were low, the car was beautiful in & out, and the price was right. I came in for a test drive and was allowed to give the car a real good look over by myself with no pressure. Needless to say the car was in immaculate condition and it's power was amazing after taking it for a spin. I was sold and the buying process couldn't have been easier. Lorne and his crew clearly know what they're doing. No pressure sales, knowledgable staff, quick, simple. They even have an onsite shop and do detailing. In all, their selection is great (not just for us car guys), their prices are right, and the service is top notch! I've probably never had a better car buying experience. I was very impressed with the inventory at lw automotive. I knew the owners loved cars because the majority of the cars were all special in some way. I really like that the business was family owned and operated. The guys at lw automotive all helped me in some way. I purchased a Mercedes ML from them and the entire experience was great. I also just brought one of my employees in to purchase an all wheel drive car. They truly were great both times I was there to purchase a vehicle. I will continue to go there to have my new car serviced along with tell all my friends and family about this place. We saw the C4 Greenwood Yellow Corvette Convertible on line and fell in love with it. I called the dealer on the phone and we worked a deal. I told them we would rent a car and drive up the next Saturday from Virginia to PA to pick up the car. They had excellent photos of the car, 60 total. Excellent people to work with. Drove the car home and we couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate dealing with these folks again someday. While we were there I was looking over the other cars on the lot...... man I was glad to get away because I wanted to take a couple more home with me. Thanks Lorne.

received my classic car today from lw automotive. the team was great the entire process handled everything very professional. i called them they answered all my questions over the phone then did a full walk around the car telling me every detail. They went over mechanic details. then i made deposit and the car was mine. i sent the full payment they then sent bill of sale title and a week later the car was at my door. very worried about buying sight unseen but in this case it was worth it thank you

I am a Cadillac enthusiast was looking to trade my '05 CTS-V for another V. LW Automotive had one of the few ones east of the Mississippi. From the first phone call with Lorne, I could tell he was trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about cars and his niche business. We spent the next couple weeks continuing to talk about the gorgeous black '06 V he had and about the trade-in of my '05. I was able to put a deposit to hold the car on his lot and the next week we worked on the paperwork to prep for the 5-hour trip to do the drive-in/drive-out trade. Lorne and his brother did a great job getting financing lined up, even having faced a glitch with the finance software. When I arrived at the dealership in beautiful Wexford, PA, I was like a kid in a candy store, marvelling at the selection of very cool automobiles! Not to be distracted by the Maserati, however, I saw my V gleaming in the sun. Lorne has an excellent detailer and the car was immaculate. Took it for a test drive with the young detailer, an American sports car nut himself, and talked cars and performance the whole ride. Came back, did all the paperwork and was driving away in my new baby within 3 hours of arrival! Lorne gave me a very good price on my trade, after a thorough inspection by his expert technician, and I just couldn't be happier. My wife is so excited for me as well! I will recommend LW Automotive to anyone and also will buy from Lorne on my next purchase. Lorne, his dad and his brother are the rare exception to the "used car salesman" that we've all unfortunately have had to deal with in life. Keep up the great work, Lorne and your team!!!!

I was very pleased with this dealer. I have bought many cars before and this was the 1st time I had ever bought a pre owned Mercedes, I was concerned if something happened and where I would get it fixed, not only did they put a warranty on the car but said they can also do the work there if I ever needed anything done. I also found out that the warranty could also be used at the local Mercedes dealer also. I love the Mercedes, I feel that they hand pick each car to make sure it's perfect. Most dealers seem to just buy whatever car goes through the auction at the best price. I feel that they admire cars as much as I do and find cars that they would want to drive themselves and pass them on to customers that want a car that makes themselves feel better by driving an exceptional car at a great price. I was worried at 1st when buying the car because my credit union was taking longer then I wanted, when I called the dealer they were fine holding the car with a small deposit and offered to help get me financing if I had any problems with my credit union. I am very pleased with this dealer, It's not easy to find a dealer with nice high line cars at a great price that also has there own garage to detail and do the warranty work. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A NICE CAR AND NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY IT. TRUST ME IF YOU DON'T BUY IT SOMEONE ELSE WILL. IF YOU LIKE IT BUY IT BEFORE IT'S GONE, THEY TRULY DO HAVE ONE OF A KIND CARS.
