Happy with the car but the customer service is very, very

Happy with the car but the customer service is very, very poor. Chi sold us the car but refused to talk to us when we returned with a question about the GPS system. Very rude.

Did the job, but left my car dirtier than it was

They completed the maintenance job and were polite but left my card dirtier than when I brought it to them. I had my car washed a couple of days before the maintenance job. Dried wiper fluid was all over the back of my car and on the windshield. I understand they had to test the wiper fluid, but I would have appreciated it if they would have wiped it up afterward.

Service department

Took our 2013 Elantra in for service on recalls. Received text updates during service. When I picked it up they offered to have it washed. All repairs were under warranty and no cost to us. Very happy.

Nice people and great experience!

I just want to say these guys are great. I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, without dealer add-ons and at a fair price. There were zero gimmicks, just an upfront and honest deal and an expedited purchase. I was at the dealership for all of 45 minutes. During that time I signed the documents, got the keys and received a demonstration of how the car worked. (it’s an Ionic 5 and my first electric vehicle.) My salesman was Michael and he was on point from the first contact in the morning to when we picked up the car that evening. Thanks for a great car buying experience!
