POOR Service Department (Avoid)
AVOID this place at all costs! I had brought my vehicle here for major repairs about 6 months ago (no great problems then, albeit slow and pricey), and decided to bring in for general maintenance this week (Oil Change, Tire Rotation). Daryl, the service advisor is absolutely useless, if not a liar altogether. Had a "scheduled" Tuesday appointment which I made the week prior. Arrived on time, and also had advised that my engine light had gone on but when I dropped off they said they would check the codes and advise. Wednesday called, and was told Darly was with another customer but they were still waiting for the engine light to be checked. Thursday, no call and no update from them. Friday morning called and Daryl stated that the oil and tire rotation had been completed but still waiting on check light! WHAT!!!!! Tried to reach Bailey, the GM, but Daddy endorsed was nowhere to be seen and nobody knew where he was. I was told Josh, the Service Manager "did not have a phone" so they would check around for him!!! What again?!!!! Luckily, when picking up the vehicle today "Josh" happened to be working. By the way, nice guy, pleasant fellow, but the department is a shambles as is the dealership. During the week I must have tried 6-9 times to get someone on the phone, and no matter what extension you chose, i.e. Sales, Service, Zero out, etc. you got the recorded receptionist message that no one was available. Daddy should probably make some changes here.

Reputable service
They work me in the next day when I had a problem come up. I was surprised at how fast they got everything done along with maintenance given other places having a workers storage. I don?t go anywhere to service my vehicle because I know they are honest & do good work.

If I could give more stars I would. 10 Star review here. My husband, our four children and I were traveling across our state on a drive to pick up an online purchase when I decided to look for a new family vehicle online. I looked on Craigslist first as I thought we might have an easier time with a FSBO purchase than a dealership because about a month ago we tried Carmax and it was terrible with a lot of runaround, terrible interest rates (ugly double digits) and them wanting our max amount of money down with those terrible interest rates. Enough about them…..*deep cleansing breath*. Then I saw this awesome SUV on a Craigslisting . It would fit all of us with room to spare, it had lots of cutting-edge features, and it would allow me to maintain a sense of edgy punk-rocker self while being a soccer mom. WIN WIN WIN! My husband thought it looks awesome but immediately thought that even though this was at the top of our budget, the price was too good to be true. So we decided to give a call. I called and left a message and within minutes Bridget called me back. I explained that we were interested in this particular vehicle, asked a few questions which she was immediately prepared for. Y’all, she is super down to earth, so friendly, knows her stuff and so helpful. Here’s the thing, we live 4.5-5 hours away from this vehicle and this dealership. I don’t know these folks from Adam, they don’t know me. But wait…. There’s’ more…. Bridget gets the ball rolling with our credit application all online, all esigned, all while we are driving across the state. The numbers people crunched some numbers and when they called back with those (or maybe they texted, can’t remember) they were out of our monthly price range so we understood and were not expecting much when they said to give them a moment to shift some things around and try another option. Number's people, I don’t know your names, I’m sorry but I just want to say ‘YOU ROCK!’ They came back with some options for us that worked beautifully for our monthly budget. So we were ready to sign some paperwork and plan our trip the coming weekend to Chattanooga after putting a good faith amount down. Andrew (If I got your name wrong I’m so sorry, we appreciate you) worked up an awesome 3 year and 30, 000 mile warranty and we are so thankful. I was about to hit the reserve our VRBO rental button when I get a call from Bridget with her sales Manager Jacob on the phone. This precious man right here asked me what we would think about having the car driven to us, across the state and a very busy capital city, right to our doorstep. He said he would arrange everything, like all of it. He said they aren’t always able to accommodate this way but it just so happened that he had someone that could drive the vehicle and we could have it by the next day. That’s right…. THE NEXT DAY. I though, this has to be too good to be true. At this point I began looking up this automotive group’s every detail to make sure we weren’t being scammed. LOL. We weren’t. They are absolutely, 100% verifiably real. Jacob and Bridget get virtual hugs from all of our family and so do Mr. Jack and his sweet wife who drove the vehicle to us the next day before lunch-time. We had the car right in front of my front step in less than 24 hours from purchase 4.5 hours away and it is magnificent! The dealership name Integrity goes far beyond trustworthy for these folks, you can trust them AND they will make you feel like family. Thank you all so much!

Integrity GMC Makes Good On Its Service
Today, Integrity GMC made right the previous work done on my Yukon. The service manager, Josh had called me yesterday after reading my prior review and assured me that the issue would be resolved on the visit today. Josh was most professional, kind, and customer-orientated. The oil leak resulting from the previous repair service was corrected in record time. Josh fully discussed the issue with me before and after the repair. I certainly appreciated Integrity's timely and professional response and am, once again, totally satisfied with the job done on my Yukon.

Traded my 2017 Camaro SS, everything was painless!
My Saturday, 3/19/22 consisted of meeting up with a friend to take an hour long drive to Marietta to look at a Ram 1500 at another dealership. When we arrive I am told the Ram we are there to look at (that had been on the lot almost 30 days) is in the body shop. What for? We were told an inspection, so after 30 or so minutes of dealing with a pushy salesmen who tried to get me to look at every other truck besides the one I wanted, at every price point besides the one I could afford, we finally got through to the salesman that a sale wasn't going to be made today. After loading back up I google searched the nearest Ram dealership which happened to be Ed Voyles about 3 minutes away. As we get out at Ed Voyles, we are greeted by a salesmen who initially appeared he was going to let us roam the lot, but then asked if he could help. I told him I'm looking for used trucks, as were walking I'm telling him I'm looking for about a '19 Ram 1500 4x4, we pass a few 4x2s, some other trucks, such as a used Frontier Pro-4x (which they had priced at about 52,000 sticker) to which I commented on how overpriced that is. As we're walking the lot I'm getting disheartened as I'm not seeing much of anything that fits what I'm looking for, the salesman, Wesley Nolan, advises we go inside and look at the stock online to better narrow down our search, as were looking through the options my friend notices at 2019 Ram 1500, 4x4 in black, with 21,000 miles. Which fit every criteria I was looking for. Wesley then located the truck and pulled it around, I take a look at it, Wesley asks if I want to test drive, of course I did, takes my license, and we're off. Test drive went great, so I tell Wesley we can talk numbers. We arrive back at the dealership and sit at a desk with Wesley, he brings out the pricing breakdown which was very clear and concise. Not the usual dealer BS with "refurbish fees, lube fees, sky is blue fees" just the price, the trade-in value, the document fees (which were a little high imo, but I let it slide) and the registration taxes, which we have to blame the great state of Georgia for. I looked over the numbers, they weren't exactly where I needed them to be, so I walk Wesley through what I'm looking for, he takes it down, and sees what he can do, at this point I told him I won't talk payment numbers unless the overall numbers get close, comes back having gotten the numbers I was looking for, and I told him where I was looking for my payments to be, which he came back with slightly over where I wanted but it was good enough. Here is probably my only issue with the day, after agreeing we had to wait on the car to be detailed and inspected which seemed like it took quite a while, having not looked at the clock it felt like a couple of hours atleast, but finally the finance manager, Jeremy Marx, came and got us and told us he's gotten the financing done that it'll be about 15 more minutes and we will discuss additions such as gap coverage etc, I went ahead and made him aware that I'm going to decline most if not all of the offers. To which he noted, but still said he wanted to discuss due to my excellent auto-credit and the low mileage of the vehicle, he thought he could get the bank to work some warranty offers cheaply as it was in their interest as well. We sit down in his office and again unlike most dealerships, this process was painless, he advised gap wasn't worth it, BUT he did get a good deal on an extended warranty, which I to my surprise was true. I did actually accept the extended warranty offer, where I NEVER would have with any other vehicle purchase I've done. Jeremy was extremely quick and concise with explaining the paperwork we were signing, and the things that would need to be done registration wise after we have the vehicle. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with Welsey and Jeremy. I 100% will take that hour long drive again in the future.

Worse Car dealership I’ve ever dealt with!
I purchased a vehicle from Integrity Mazda and I was told it had a new engine put in it. I didn’t make it home, 20 miles away, before I started having issues with it. I brought it back the next day and was told it had a new “top half” of the engine not a “new engine” and they could look at it but they weren’t going to put any more money into it. Of course they said there was nothing wrong with it but a week later it broke down and I cannot drive it! Trying to get ahold of anyone is a joke and they have basically a “you bought it it’s your problem” kind of attitude! I spent a lot of money on this car because I was told it had a new engine, had I been told the truth I would not have bought this car! Integrity is definitely something they DO NOT have!!!
