Integrity ha serviced my vehicle since I purchased new 3 1/2 years ago. Excellent service every time I have visited the dealership. Plus a free vehicle wash with service. Integrity keeps me appraised of up coming service due. Great customer service.

False Advertising (Bait/Switch)

Integrity is apparently only a name and not a reflection of their true character. Advertising new cars on multiple platforms, including their own website for sticker price but if then they increase the price by thousands when you inquire. Not talking fees, taxes, etc... I know that makes the price go up. What I'm talking about is simple old fashioned false advertising. If you want to charge over sticker fine, but don't advertise one price only to switch it when you have a ready and willing customer. If you don't plan to honor the advertised price then don't post the price with your listings.

Integrity Automotive Group values our customers greatly. We apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding on our pricing. We accessorize many of our vehicles on the lot with items that customers see in value. In this case, pricing would be higher because of those add-ons. This review is vague in who posted it so please contact one of our managers to discuss further. Your concern may be an isolated issue that can be worked through. I just wanted to say a big thank you to a great salesperson at Integrity Automotive Group her name is Bridget. She wasn’t pushy or trying to pressure us in anyway on purchasing a vehicle. She explained everything to our son about his new Encore and he was very happy when he left the dealership. I remember why I stopped using Integrity

I had a thermostat replaced along with a few other items. I have now been back because bolts were left unsecured as well as issues with coolant level or sensor. After being told that everything was repaired properly, I open the hood to find that nothing was fixed. Now I will be going back for a third time. Makes me wonder if they having any competent mechanics.
