Integrity Buick GMC Cadillac
The team at Integrity Buick GMC Cadillac were amazing. From the beginning Fulton Lewis was great very polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions never was pushy like some salesmen can be. Took the time to show us many vehicles until we found the one that was right. Will definitely be returning again when in need of another vehicle.

Great Service Department!
I have a 2019 GMC Denali that had 3 recalls on it. I took it into Integrity, not only did they fix the recalls, but they washed my truck, too! The service floor is so clean you could almost eat off of it, and everybody was very friendly and very courteous!

I began looking for a used SUV or truck back in October...
I began looking for a used SUV or truck back in October 2019. After many hours of research on CarGurus and CarFax I narrowed my search down to four dealerships, two of which were Integrity GMC and Integrity Chevrolet. Mr. Jody at Integrity Chevrolet and Mr. Trent Wichman at Integrity GMC were my two favorites. Trent went out of his way on three occasions to stay late after the dealership was closed to allow me multiple times to test drive GMC Sierra Denali trucks. Finally Trent and Mr. Bailey Morgan closed the deal a week ago on my new 2020 GMC Sierra Denali truck. It checked all my boxes and Bailey helped me get the payment where it needed to be. Thanks guys for selling this 49 year old guy his first brand new truck!

DO NOT WORK WITH GREG POPE. I RECOMMEND JACOB STANLEY.
Would be 5 stars but Greg Pope provided horrible service during the process of buying the truck I bought by accusing a customer of wrecking the vehicle before even looking to see what was wrong with the vhicle. Told me to "think about what I did to the truck and call him back when I knew what I did and to come down to Integrity GMC to pay for it". Truck was never damaged when I test drove it. Greg confirmed that before and after I returned the vehicle. Jacob Stanley however provided excellent service and was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Jacob made sure I was taken care of when I came back to look at the truck one more time He made the process more smooth after Greg Pope gave me no choice but to decide to walk away from buying the truck and possibly returning to Integrity Buick Cadillac GMC for any vehicles in the future. Jacob represent the dealership like it should be unlike Greg.

Plus: Easy to get appointment Plus: Friendly Staff Plus: Loaner car for long waits Minus: Each time (twice) I have had electronics repaired for recalls or bulletins something that worked before didn't when I got my truck back. Most recently the high beam control. So I'm having to take it back again.
