Sales force was very friendly and knowledgeable. Month end special deals lead to a fantastic lease payment. Total purchase process was short and sweet. Their large selection of vehicles made it hard to choose just one. First time Kia buyer but I shall return.

I have purchased several cars over the years, but I have to say my buying experience with Feldman Kia was the best! I was in search of my teenage son's first car and saw a 2010 Kia Soul at Feldman. I contacted them one evening and the very next day was connected with Steve Smith, my salesperson. I met with Steve to go look at the car, test drive it, etc. I had some minor concerns with the car, but Steve, working with the service department, addressed everyone of them and, after some negotiation, arrived at a fair deal. I got a better price than I had seen elsewhere & my son loves the car! Other members of the staff I met were: Billy, Ross, Doug and Andrew. The entire staff is very pleasant, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great, no pressure, buying experience. We also get the first oil change free, so I'll be visiting Feldman Kia again in the next few months; looking forward to it!

After telling them of my horrible experience @ J.....Y Kia they were determined to do the total opposite of what that dealership did...and they delivered 110% satisfaction. We just purchased a used KIA Soul from Feldman Kia after purchasing a new Kia Rio. We are more than satisfied with our cars, the quality of service, and protection. Walking back into Feldman was an easy choice because they treated my wife and I so well. Everyone greets you at the door and they even remember our names. We communicated with them prior to returning via e-mail and Ben connected us with Stephen to meet our needs for a second vehicle. With a baby on the way it was important to have space, safety, and also something affordable. They are so attentive to detail and patient walking through each step from selecting a vehicle, finance application, and warranties. We were so pleased that we found what we wanted and right in our budget with a few additional perks. It's never an intimidating atmosphere, we are treated genuinely like family. This was my second Kia Soul Purchase from Feldman. The first time was great but my second experience was even better. I was able to come in, explain exactly what I wanted from the color; trim and amount I wanted to pay each month. "They Made It Happen" Very Fast and efficient. I was originally looking for a used Kia Optima with specific options in it. My salesman Jamie Curry was the best. He searched high and low and kept in contact with me frequently. I test drove other cars during my search and finally decided to purchase a new Optima to ensure I got all the features I wanted. My uncle has driven an Optima for years and I have always loved it. My experience from start to finish was nothing less than exceptional. I met the Service and Parts managers and was served popcorn and water during periods of wait. The dealerships waiting area is equipped with an iPad and Television, Coffee and Tea for their clients. I thought that was very nice. The used car and new car managers both introduced themselves and made me feel very comfortable and assured me about my purchase.

I enjoy the service I received at Feldman KIA. I was able to walk in tell them what I needed and ,my range of payment and they stuck with that and got me the vehicle I wanted and It all happen in one day. I purchased a 2011 KIA soul and I was able to see in it and drive it they made sure it was clean inside and outside. I am enjoying my KIA Soul. I appreciate there care and respect and finishing the sale and I love my new ride.
