Buying from Thompson was fantastic!

Buying from Thompson was fantastic! Tristan was the sales consultant we had and he was so sweet. Every person we met there was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. It was such a nice experience compared to most other dealerships we have went to. I would definitely buy from there again.

Mike Peters is absolutely amazing. My husband and I will only use Mike Peters with Thompson Sales when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Our experience with Thompsons , in relation to this

Our experience with Thompsons , in relation to this purchase, spans about four months. My wife had a 2017 Cadillac XT5 which we always had serviced at Thompsons. During that last servicing she decided she wanted to trade for a 2024 XT5. The salesperson completely blew us off, not answering emails, not making any attempt to find her a car other than trying to sell a Buick which she did not want. That evening she bought a new HondaCRV on the rebound. Nice car, right color, but not her Cadillac. She drove it for 4 months and listed it for sale or trade on Kelly Blue Book. Thompsons contacted us like nothing had ever happened four months ago. We decided to give it another try. They had a 2024 XT5, wrong color, but we would have been happy with it. We were ready to sign on the purchase and they said too bad, so sad, we can’t sell it to you because there is a manufacturer hold on the car. We would have bought it and they could have given us a loner until the hold was lifted. But no. In the meantime I was contacted by Cadillac of Bentonville,Ark. They had received a 2025 XT5 with exactly the options we wanted plus extras. And the exact color we wanted. I texted Thompsons , still trying to do the right thing, and asked if we could order a 2025. The answer was “2025’s are not available yet. We purchased at Bentonville the next day. I have no explanation for the way we were treated at Thompsons.
