I had been searching for a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife for a few weeks. I came across Royal Auto Group online. I called the number and immediately hit it off with Anthony who was the sales rep that helped us along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and also assured me his price was the lowest price in the area for that vehicle. I did my research and found his info to be accurate. The car was in great shape, under warranty, etc. Anthony helped me out in getting a loan and worked a little bit with the bank to get me an even lower interest rate than he initially thought he could get. The payment was in the right range where my wife and I felt comfortable, so we purchased the vehicle and have been extremely happy with it. My wife noticed a scratch on the passenger side window when I brought it home, so I called Anthony and he offered to replace the window for free. Royal Auto Group might not be as big as one of the major dealerships along the same highway, but they specialize in top notch quality cars and they know their info. Anthony and his boss both have a lot integrity and I will definitely contact them again in the future. They were not pushy and wanted me to only buy the car if I felt comfortable with everything. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great price and a nice car.

After going to a few other dealers and driving a few of their cars, I wasn't impressed. I found the perfect car at royalautogroups.com and dropped in first thing in the morning the next day with no appointment. My husband and I purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz about a year a half ago, and the team at Royal auto were excellent. Returning to purchase another vehicle was truly amazing?above excellent. I called at first to inquire about a vehicle and spoke with Anthony who was very patience and listen to my request at first and was very professional and knowledgeable about all of my questions and concerns. I must commend Anthony that I never felt rushed or pressured and that is an important positive attitude to use in the auto business. Being a nurse, I know what customer service and satisfaction means and I rate Anthony as excellent in customer service skills.
