I was in need of a new car and found that Royal Auto Group had just what I was looking for. I drove a couple cars but fell in love with their 2010 Nissan Maxima. Moe, the salesman was upfront, honest and very helpful. I explained to Moe my situation and he still helped me and ensured me that everything will work out and that I would be driving off the lot in my new Nissan. Wow! After 3 hours at the dealership, I was pulling off in my new car. Moe was a lifesaver and very patient. THANK YOU MOE!

I searched plenty of websites for a specific car and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for as far as the make and model, color and features. And I found EXACTLY what I was looking for on cars.com. I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Maxima SV from Royal Auto Group and the entire staff there was great as assisting me. I called and spoke with Mo earlier in the day and told him what I wanted, when I pulled up he had the car sitting outside waiting for me to test drive. During the test drive Dan the salesman started working on my paperwork so when I came back all we had to do was work out numbers and insurance and I was all set to go. The whole buying process took about 2-3 hours, which was not bad AT ALL. I have sat at dealers for 6 hours or more so coming to Royal Auto Group was a breath of fresh air. I cannot stress enough how great my experience was, thanks to MO and DAN.

We were going to travel 87 miles to get a Mini Cooper for our daughter. Thankfully, we saw one on the Royal Auto Group Website, which was less than 5 miles away. After going to the dealership and being the skeptic that I am, I was pleasantly surprised. The car was not only beautiful, but exactly what we were looking for. Well I recently purchased a 2014 mazda2 I had a Great shopping experience all the sales personnel and management staff is super friendly, especially MOE mohame Aly very attentive always looking out for the customer needs. First of all, I have to say this was by far the best car shopping experience for both me and my husband. This is not your average used car dealership! They go above and beyond to show you what customer service should be like! We dreaded car shopping and had visited 5 other dealerships before we found this place. Everyone here is very friendly, even the guy detailing the cars in the parking lot made us laugh! We could tell that they take pride in their cars here. Even though they are used, they are all well taken care of and showroom ready. We were greeted and showed the particular car that we were interested in by a nice young man (I believe his name was Moe?). We never felt like we were a bother to him, even though he had to move a few cars to get the car we wanted out for a test drive. We test drove the car and loved it! We were brought inside to talk with Anthony. Best car sales person ever! We felt like we were talking to friend instead of buying a car! We felt none of the usual car buying pressure at all! We gave him our budget and he did his magic and made it work for us! We could not be happier with our new car and the whole experience overall!
