My First Car

First off I would like to thank Anthony and the guys for helping me with the process of getting my first car, they stood by me with every curveball that was encountered without them especially Ant, I wouldnt be able to talk about how grateful iam of them for finding away to make it work. Now I have an more efficient way of getting back and forth to work, more hours means more money. My parents are happy, Iam happy, Job well done. Recommended to all my friends aswell as family.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE.

My cousins needed a van and we traveled to several dealerships around the area and all we did was waste our time! I checked online and found a fantastic Chrysler town and country and bought it the next day. Mo was very helpful and overall a great guy. Anthony is also a great guy and gave us a great deal and no matter what the issue is he tends to get it fixed right away. Can't wait to purchase another vehicle (for myself) in the near future!!

Great service, nice car!

I just purchased a car from this business and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Anthony was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, dealing with the tedious paperwork to driving the car off the lot. He immediately addressed a number of items that arose from making some cosmetic repairs to doing some extra maintenance on the car for me. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and the quality of service that I received. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Superman - Anthony wears a cape

Well there really are no words to express my feelings for this dealership - and ESPECIALLY ANTHONY. I was in a car accident and HAD to get a car. I didn't want to...I loved my mini-van - but it was totaled. I knew we would be in big trouble because of lay-offs and bad credit, I just knew we would be screwed and the car I would be able to get would be horrible. I found Royal Auto Group by luck and am soooooo glad I did. I wanted to see if I might be able to afford (and qualify) for a used Ford Edge. I really had low hopes as for the past few years trouble has followed my family - where ever it goes. Well, Anthony (aka Superman) helped my daughter and I with a BEAUTIFUL 2008 Ford Edge. The car looked as if it had never been driven but the odometer was at 70,000 miles! We fell in love with the car (even though the color wasn't right...he dug out ANOTHER Edge and got all the snow off it - just in case we wanted a white one) and we fell in love with Anthony. He was familiar with where we are from and has connections all over...we kept saying "really? my Dad lives there, really? I know that place!" really? really? " I just had to get my son and husband to see the car. He waited for me till after closing - just so we could get there to show my son! Then it was my husband...he loved the car too. Then I thought "We will never qualify"...it was a snowy Saturday and we got to the dealership around 11:00 a.m. Dan and Anthony started running the numbers - stupid numbers - and by 2:00 it really looked hopeless. But they were STILL TRYING !!!! I left the dealership in tears....the first time in my life I couldn't just sign the papers and drive home with the car I wanted. I guess I am spoiled but I haven't driven a car worth less than 40k in 25 years! My family and especially my daughter were devastated. Even though we had seen many cars and been to countless dealerships - she told me Anthony and Royal Auto was the place to buy. She told me she had a "feeling" that she couldn't explain about these guys. I thought she just had a crush on Anthony. I cried all the way home that day....we got home at about 2:30....Anthony had told me to not loose hope, but I knew it was pointless. The financial devastation that has befallen my family was too much...I would just have to find a car for the insurance settlement of about $5,000. I looked on the internet and found horrible cars with hundreds of thousands of miles on them. I was resigned to buy a "junker". When.....my cell phone rang. I was sure it was Anthony calling to offer his condolences for a DEAD DEAL. When he said " I have some good news" - I said......NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY??????? Anthony and Dan spent ALL day making sure I got that Edge. ALL DAY. I wanted to reach though the phone and kiss them both!!!!!!! Anthony is kind, understanding and funny. He never made me feel like a low-life because of my low credit score. He treated me like family - he is so easy to talk to and deal with. Anthony and Dan are real people, they care and that is communicated with ease as they talk to you. I could write a novel (this almost is) about these two wonderful men who made my Christmas wish come true - but I fear I am running out of room. Suffice to say.... " Anthony is SUPERMAN" P.S. He would look pretty awesome in tights too and I still think my daughter has a crush on him....

The Most Ideal Car Buying Experience

When I came to the decision that I needed a new car, I had a lot of mixed emotions. The main emotion I felt was fear. Almost immediately Anthony Melchiorre changed that feeling. He took me through the entire process of finding the right car with ease, and expressed his expertise in this industry perfectly. We found the perfect car for me, and I cannot express how grateful I am for Anthony's help. He literally took care of everything, and he simplified this complex process. Now I have the type of car I always dreamed about, and I couldn't t have done it without Anthony. I can't wait to tell people about how pleasant my experience was with Anthony & Royal Auto Groups. I have never been so excited to drive. Getting this car was a huge confidence booster for me, and it came at a time when I really needed it. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANTHONY. I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH. One if the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, their website was great and easy to navigate. The vehicles photos were clear and up to date and reflective of the real vehicle. No pressure and accomidating I am thrilled with my vehicle

By far my best experience in buying a use car

Anthony, thanks for a great experience. This could not have been better. The car was better than I expected. I would recommend your place to all my Friends. Also, Please give a shout out to Dan. Let me start, by first I called about the 2010 Mazda 3, Dan answered the phone and checked the availability of the car, which was not sold yet. I told him I was very interested in the car. He said I will have Anthony call you to complete the process. Anthony call, I filled out a credit app and a trade in appraisal. Not only did I get a great value for my trade I also got a great rate on the financing. When I went down to pickup the car, I was in perfect condition for a used car. Test drive was great and the car was detailed perfectly. Thanks for a great experience. John

Minivan

I really need a minivan fast, and i went to look at a Ford Freestar that when they checked it out before i came to purchase it found it to have tranny problems. So they gave me a great deal on another minivan and had me on the road that day. Thanks again Anthony for going above and beyond for me the day before Thanksgiving.
