Shannon was very helpful with trying get me my first car. I originally came in for a test and get the car in a couple weeks but, he gave me great knowledge and I was able to get my first car the same day.

I went to buy a SUV they took me for a fool. Moe and Eddie new the car had a bad transmission and they kept saying nothing wrong with the vehicle. Came back more than twice and they kept saying it was the gas when they knew it wasn't. Ahmed Bayoumy aka Sam just argued with me instead of trying fix the problem all after getting my money. Now when I come there, they can't even look at me.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. we worked with shannon and were given many false promises, mislead on the health of the car. we went in to see a 2012 jeep wrangler and was told it had a problem with the catalytic converter but they would be fixing it and already ordered the parts. the day we went back to finalize things, parts were brought out to show us the issue was resolved. after multiple confirmations the issue was solved, and the tech coming out to gas light us into thinking there was nothing wrong - 2 hours after we drove off the lot the check engine light came on - what does the code say? theres an issue with the catalytic converter. the issue we were told was solved! we were told we'd be given 2 new keys, but AFTER signing the contract were told we'd have to split the cost with them. they made us resign the contracts THREE times because of their own manual errors, incorrect spelling, and mistyped interest rates. when we asked them to break down the numbers for us and explain the interest, the only person who could was Mo who wasnt even our salesperson. We were kept there for 6 hours, for absolutely no reason. We were advised to waive the PDI (never told clearly what the PDI offers) and said we'd still get the benefits of it which turned out to be false. When we tried to cancel the contract they tried making us pay $2000 to break the contract because thats how much it would cost them to break it with the bank which is completely false. Eddie had told us we could cancel for free, but the owner said no and forced us to pay $500 after threatening lawyers. This place will make you false promises, and scam you into buying a car that will break down. They are not clear about ANYTHING without you asking multiple times for clarification. The only person you can possibly trust there is Mo. This is a scam, they are money hungry and don't care about sending you home in a car they wouldn't drive themselves. If you want to be scammed, then this is the place for you

Got a loan from my bank for an exact vehicle from Royal Odell. My bank had the bill of sale and all. They sold the car out from under me even though they knew I was coming in 2 days to pick it up. Moe and Eddie say one thing to your face and lie behind your back. They're shysters don't ever go to this dealership. They are dishonest and they even checked my credit seven times all while lowering my credit score one by one. They walked away from me when I didn't get financed with their Bank yet my bank said yes immediately. They literally walked away from me in the parking lot and I had to go looking for them. The worst experience that I've ever had at a car dealership. They give car dealers a bad name and a worse reputation than they already have. Shame on you Royal Auto. I drove an hour and 45 minutes from Delaware to buy a specific car. Don't waste your time or your money.

slap sIucker on my head thanks to Moe I bought my wife who has four foster children so she needed a vechile with enough room for all of them i bought a 2017 nissan quest mini van 2 months after having it it broke down sat in driveway for 3 weeks until i got it fixed still under the crap 4 month 4000 k warranty now it has a knock in the engine so i am out 14500 dollars to a bunch of crooks.ps its still under there warranty havent put 4000k on it and it hasnt been 4 months just take it back give us something we can trust...
