Worst experience ever
Worst car experience of my life. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Won't pass inspection, transmission Is shot and emissions is no good. Avoid these scam artist.

Unprofessional, ignorant dealership
I didn't even get a chance to go to the dealership to look at the truck I inquired about. I called to find out if it was available and it was. Had to go through the typical dealership routine(name, phone number, email, etc.) Everything was going good, but I didn't want to give my email address and told the unprofessional female to please just communicate with me through my phone and she thought she put me on hold and instead she started telling other people how ignorant I was and criticizing me because I didn't want to give my email address. She thought I was in hold😂🤣. It was a $34,000 vehicle and I was gonna offer them $31,000 cash. Oh yeah, this will also be brought to the attention of local media, newspaper in your area😂

BEWARE There are $2,100 in "fees" atop the price.
This is exactly why I HATE dealers. Don't believe the price you see. They charge $2,100 OVER AND ABOVE THE LISTED PRICE on CARS.com I called, spoke with a salesperson and asked the most important question: What fees do you charge after the listed price? They answered $495 doc fee, of which according to a friend $50-100 is a justified cost as DMV fees, the rest is pure profit. BUT HERE IS THE WORST PART - There is a MANDATORY $1,595 'warranty fee' as well. I asked why? They said, "We just include it on every car." "Is it optional?", I asked. The answer was no. Buyer beware. the price is not the price. LIARS!

My experience at Royal Auto was exceptional throughout the entire process. The salesmen were knowledgeable and very helpful in my car selection and purchase. I paid a fair price for a great vehicle, and I received personalized service even after regular business hours with paperwork. I would highly recommend to a friend.

CON ARTISTS. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE.
I own a dozen fleet vehicles and this is the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The word of every person in that place is no good. They will say one thing, then scam you out of your money once you're there. Junk cars, being sold as if they are good. Lying employees saying one thing and then holding your car hostage until you pay for "repairs" you never asked for or approved in the first place.

Awful Service
Do not waste your time. They made me do a credit application for a vehicle in order to schedule test drive, then when I got there to test drive the car the next day, they had sold it. Salesman walked me around the lot but had no clue what was there, told me he had to go inside to check his computer and never came back out. After browsing myself I realized he probably wasn’t coming back out and when I walked past his desk he was sitting there eating lunch. The only reason they don’t get a score of 1 is because it seems like you could potentially get a decently priced vehicle if you do all the work yourself and time everything perfectly.

Decent dealership
Eddie and Mo were very helpful in the buying process. I can't complain. So far the car has been running well. I do have to say that the mileage listed in the ad increased from the time I bought the car.

Worst dealer that i ever seen
I took long to get tags and registration. didn't call to explain why so long. Car had engine changes and didn't informed. Will never recommend that place to anyone.

Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy! the women is a scam artisit and she wrote up my car for more then its worth on my contract! She will try to rush and speed up the process this way you won't catch on to her BS!! do not go here.
