Excellent Dealer!

This is my third Lexus from Bobby Rahal Lexus. Jason Smith, Sales has always been courteous, honest and above board about the vehicles I was interested in. He has spent the time needed to go over the operation and features of the vehicles. And believe me, there is a bunch of stuff to learn. The service department has also been exceptional. It's easy to schedule service via the website and they communicate at every turn. The last purchase was unique in that Olivia, who handles the paperwork, has a big flat monitor on the desk making looking and signing various documents a breeze. All in all I highly recommend Bobby Rahal Lexus to anyone looking for a great dealer and great vehicles.

Once you shop here you'll never go anywhere else

It was the nicest cleanest most professional dealership I've ever been on in my life and the service was excellent with no high pressure sales everything was explained to me in great detail I could see myself buying cars from them the rest of my life and nowhere else

Rahal Lexus

We have purchased three vehicles from a Rahal Lexus (as well as four others from Rahal Toyota and Rahal Honda). The experience has always been professional and efficient. Every sales consultant we have had contact with has been top notch answering questions, dealing with our concerns and making sure we have the exact vehicle we wanted. This time we worked with Chad Gould and he continued the great experience we had with his predecessors. The service department is among the best and frankly the reason we keep coming back. Bobby Rahal Lexux Mechanicsburg is highly recommended.

Exceptionally good experience every time.

It was an exceptionally positive experience working with Chad Gould. He is knowledgeable, always pleasant, and a professional salesman who represents Rahal Lexus with distinction. The service team is also excellent (Kate, Shaun, Heather, Damaris, Nicholas)

Service standards have FALLEN THROUGH THE FLOOR.

Service standards have FALLEN THROUGH THE FLOOR. Bobby would be disappointed in the lack of attention to retain customers. Took our SUV in for service and it came home dirty on the inside and outside. Might want to raise the bar to get back to your standards. Won't be bringing our Lexus back for your overpriced service and lack of attention to simple things. Find some people who do their jobs.

I wanted to test drive 2 cars on Saturday afternoon

I wanted to test drive 2 cars on Saturday afternoon around 1:30 pm. It was raining like cats and dogs and I walked into the showroom and let the salesman know the two cars I was interested in. He said he would get the keys and meet me on the lot. He left me standing in the rain over 20 minutes waiting. My wife and I got in our Lexus RX450h (we have owned many Lexus models over the years and consider ourselves loyal customers) We told the salesman we have our Lexus serviced at his dealership and have owned many of them. Guess he doesn't understand how to treat people who want to buy a car or maybe he forgot his umbrella. If Bobby Rahal knew how we were treated he would give the salesman the fast track to the unemployment line. I used to race against Bobby at Mid Ohio International Raceway and he was an excellent driver and a gentleman. He would simply not tolerate such poor behavior at his dealership. You can be sure our next Lexus purchase will not be at the Mechanicsburg location. The sales team needs to learn a bit of consideration and understand customers are the people who keep the dealership open. Shame on you.

New car buy

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. Long story short I was getting the runaround from another dealer and I chose last minute to go to Bobby Rahal. Jason Smith was awesome and even worked after hours to get all of my information so it would be an easy transition the next day. I drove 3 hours to get my new vehicle. When I got there everything was ready to go and the car was prepped. It was a very easy buying process. Thank you for selling me my dream car and also making it an amazing experience as well.

The hunt is on!

Wish we could have found a Lexus SUV. Due to medical reasons, our visit to this dealership had to be cut short. However, my dealings with the sales staff, on-line and in-person, was prompt, professional, and our sales persons went above and beyond to try to accommodate our needs. Perhaps when our medical issues are resolved, we will be able to resume our search with Bobby Rahal.
