2019 Lexus ES 350 from Bobby Rahal Lexus

Bill Hartman went to great lengths over 5 months to find the car we wanted. Would recommend him and this dealership to anyone in south central PA.

Excellent experience. Thanks Jeff!

This was the most stress-free (perhaps the only stress-free) car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what I was hoping to buy. I really can't say enough good things about Jeff, the very nice finance person (I'm sorry, I forgot her name), Charlie my courtesy shuttle driver (he was delightful) and everyone I came in contact with at your facility. By the way, the facility is beautiful, too. I'm looking forward to working with Kate in service again, I've always had exceptional experiences with her. The 2-year warranty, 4 complimentary services and your pick up, drop off and loaner policy is extraordinary. I feel like I got a great deal and excellent financing. Loved my experience

We Had an excellent experience leasing our Lexus, this was our 2nd time leasing a Lexus from Bobby Rahal Lexus. But it was our 1st time having an awesome experience, my salesperson​, Bill Hartman was a complete joy to work with, helpful, attentive, courteous, no pressure and made it happen for us! I have leased cars for years and I have never met such a friendly, kind, attentive and low-pressure Manager like Nga Tran contributing to the overall Rahal 500 First Class experience. I usually hate dealing with car salespeople but not this time, they guided me through the process all the way, their detail attention to detail and communication was very appreciated, We felt as if they knew what we wanted right from the beginning and I feel blessed! I am Realtor so I to am in sales and I pride myself on QUALITY, not quantity and so does Bill Hartman and Nga Tran. I would purchase from Rahal 500 in Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg, PA and will ensure to go to the A+ Team Bill Hartman and Nga Tran and will do so when our other lease runs out. Thank you both for providing us with outstanding courtesy, patience, and respect. Your willingness to make a very aggressive deal happen without a fight was something I was not expecting but greatly appreciated. As for recommending this dealership and them, YES, YES, YES! Bobby Rahal Lexus with the A-Team (Bill and Nga), you just can lose. EVERYONE IS A WINNER HERE!

Managing an emergency repair

Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!! I guess we can all call that great service with a smile. Thanks to the service team!!!!!

Great Dealership - Great SUV

First class dealership. Jason Smith was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to deal with. Our 2015 RX 350 certified SUV looks like it's new ! The only down-side was the hour ride from Leola but the experience was worth the drive.

Great Experience

Ron Stine was great, I went " just looking " about getting another RX 350 on Saturday and by Wednesday was driving my new one home. He even came in on his vacation day to make my day great. I love my Lexus. Thank you Ron for everything.
