I was assisted by Mr. Ed Woolford with the purchase of a 2015 Lexus ES 350. He made the whole experience extremely user friendly! This is the fifth new Lexus we have bought from Sam Garisto in the last 10 years or so. Everything about Sam and Bobby Rahal in general has been excellent. I've been buying vehicles for almost 50 years and have never had a better buying or service experience.

Bill Hartman is the best sales rep ever! The detail area did an amazing job on getting the car ready for delivery. Everything went smooth, from finding a vehicle to delivery. It was a certified Lexus, so I know I won't have any issues for a long time, and I am sure they will handle them if they arise. Great place to do business.

We just purchased our 4th Lexus from Rahal and have always been exceptionally satisfied with their service. While we've had our RX 350 (purchased elsewhere) serviced at Rahal for almost 3 years, this is our first new vehicle purchased at Rahal. Our excellent service experience (Kate Kornucik is a fantastic service consultant, great work by service staff, and ease of getting a loaner vehicle) was a big factor in purchase a new RX 350 here. Jason Smith, our sales consultant, was very personable, knowledgeable, and great to work with - he made the buying experience extremely efficient and enjoyable!

This is the first time we purchased a Lexus, an ES350. Although it wasn't a new vehicle, we were not treated any differently than if we were purchasing a new vehicle. Our salesperson, Ron Stine, was outstanding in assisting us through all aspects of our purchase. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Bobby Rahal Lexus. This was our first Lexus but I'm sure it won't be our last.

This was my first purchase from Bobby Rahal Lexus. Sadly I cannot afford a new Lexus, but even purchasing a used Lexus, I feel I was treated the same as someone who could buy three of them! A friend told me about the customer services they offer, and as soon as I visited them personally, I was sold. My salesman, Bill Hartman, was as patient as you can be with someone who asks a million questions. It was my first time buying a push-button start car, so the only constructive criticism would be for those of us unfamiliar with this feature, you take a little extra time to ensure customers are aware of how it is possible to turn off the vehicle but leave the auxiliary power on. Wouldn't want others to find a dead battery at the end of the day like I did. However, Bill and Bobby Rahal made it right. Aside from this, I was thrilled with my experience and would highly recommend Bill and this dealership to all reading this review.
