We brought our Malibu in for a oil change, The staff greeted us friendly, they got our car in right away. They invited us to coffee or water, and a comfortable place to wait. Everyone was very friendly asking if we needed anything, invited us to look around and answered any questions we had. When our car was ready, that explained everything they did. Told us when to bring it in again. Asked if there was anything else they could do. We really like it at Preferred. Everyone is very friendly. They make you feel like family there. we also love our car that we bought there.

Buying a car should always be this easy. I recently bought a 2007 Lincoln MKX from Preferred, and having Doc as my sales consultant made it fast and easy. The professionalism and courteous team helped out as well, namely Ben in the finance office, Brian Speck, who helped me get the best price, and Derrick, who helped while Doc was enjoying his day off. The vehicle is top notch, even for being 7 years old. Obviously, they take pride in their purchases of pre-owned cars, fully inspected for safety and reliability.
