Edd Kirby's Adventure Mitsubishi are not professional. Prices are too high and they are not professional. I took my Mitsubishi in there to be repair. It sat there for more then two weeks. No one called and communicated with me I had to go to them. So glad I took my car to Hyde's. They suck. Not professional.

The manager acted like he was gonna throw in a 24 month warranty so that I would purchase the car but then took $1000 off of my down payment to purchase the warranty and totally ripped me off. I would’ve never paid an extra thousand dollars for a warranty

Jayce Flatt is the best!
Jayce Flatt is the best! Meredith is pretty great too! I am so impressed with the kindness, knowledge, and the speed at which they were able to get this done for me. Jayce even delivered the car to me that same day! These are just good, honest folks who will get the job done without making you jump through a bunch of hoops. Jayce made sure I understood each part of the process and made the paperwork a breeze. I would recommend them to anybody looking to get a car that wants an easy and stress free experience. Jayce is truly exceptional at what he does, and genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be happier with the car. Thank you so much!!!

Edd Kirby had a sale that ended on Saturday, December the 9th. I got their brochure on Tuesday the 12th listing a chance to min some prizes. According to the brochure, I had a winning number. I called them on Wednesday, the 13th and asked about the chance of claiming the prize. They told me NO, the contest was over. It is nice that they sened out the brochures so that everyone will get them too late to claim the prizes. They are now on my do not buy from list.

Pinocchio
So my wife and I are senior citizens and U.S.Navy veterans. I am drawing early social security retirement plus still working. My wife is now disabled. We don't have good credit and a couple medical situations added to that but it's mostly our fault. We had 2 vehicles until a year ago when my Ford Ranger's engine went out. Since then I've been driving her van to and from work. The extra milage has taken its toll on her van and I'm expecting it to become a problem anytime. I started looking for myself another vehicle. All I wanted was something like my Ranger that proved to be reliable for 15 years. I searched on line with several search engines. I explained to dealers what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Repeatably, if they had what I wanted, an older truck 2000-2009, which the average price did not exceed $6000, they wanted to much down or wouldn't finance that one, but they and all the others were glad to put me in a $40,000 vehicle with next to nothing down. That is except Ed Kirby Mitsubishi. They wanted to put me in a car i couldn't afford and take all my down payment money. I was contacted by a Meredith who I explained to in detail what was happening with the other dealers and also in detail I told this person I wanted to spend about $6000 and only needed a simple older truck. I was assured they could take care of me and I wouldn't be put in something I couldn't afford. I was told that I was to ask for Meredith when I got there. Now let me sound paranoid for a minute, i honestly think that was a code word because the lady i met at the door quickly hustled me off to a 4 x 4 room where i spent the next couple hours while they decided what they could get from me. During this time the lady looked at my income documents. I explained what I was looking for and she asked what i wanted for a monthly payment, i said in the $200 area, she said let's put $400 down. She had also quizzed me on how much i had to put down. Next instead of going out and choosing something myself,.they had chose the one an only one I was qualified for themselves. Now that's taking care of me. It was only $20,000 and a monthly payment of $500. I guess that was close to what I said I could spend. As far as what I wanted, a pickup, this was a SUV, they both do have for wheels. When I said no and started to leave suddenly I had 3 people on me and talked me into looking at another. They had beaten me down by now and i was wore out. They brought out one more SUV which I test drove it was about $18000 and 400/month. They almost got me this time and had even got all of my down payment money from my debit card when I realized, I was buying a vehicle I didn't want, didn't select and could not afford. I was about to sign the contract when I said stop. When I told them to put the money back on my card it got hostile in there. My wife and I lost our home years ago because of a predatory loan on the mortgage, similarly we had a volunteer repossession on a vehicle once. Its easy to see why so many people face bankruptcy with these predators out there. If you want ",Honesty," I can't tell you where to find it, but I can tell you, the people at Ed Kirby are not. They will help you make it over to the other side of 27 where they hold bankruptcy hearings. Funny, they're only a few blocks apart. That's walking distance and you'll need that if you buy here.

Awful
Made a deal that shouldn’t have been processed. Tried to reverse deal Jimmy, Andrew and Meridith were horrible and rude and were of no help. Adventurer Cars advertises they are for the people but they are not. Received no paperwork at time of transaction 5 days later was told it was mailed 5 more days have passed and still no paperwork.

Excellent service!
LeighAnn was the best. Super helpful the entire buying process. This was our first time buying a car and she was patient as we decided between 3 vehicles. We ended up with a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage and couldn’t be happier! It is a great car and meets our needs for fuel efficiency. Thank you adventure Mitsubishi team and LeighAnn. You guys were great!

Peyton Schwager, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Edd Kirby's Adventure Mitsubishi!
Love my new SUV!
I went to have my daughter?s vehicle serviced and ended up trading my car in for a new SUV (not the vehicle being serviced). Leighann was my sales consultant and she did a fantastic job of helping me find a vehicle and get approved for it!
