Yes everyone was very helpful . We got the car we wanted and their credit department got us approved when everybody else turned us down. Our salesman was great and worked hard for us to get this done. All of them are great especially our salesman. We are going to recommend this dealership to everyone we know. They're the best!

Gene was very kind and very knowledgeable. He was very down to earth and checked on us often during wait times. He always moved fast and was on top of whatever he set out to do. Also, the manager was very kind and informed us of any information we needed to receive in great detail. It was a wonderful experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at your Chattanooga location. I'd been car shopping for several weeks at that point, and not having much luck. It wasn't until Gene and my salesman... who's name I unfortunately can't remember, heard my story that things changed. While I thought the best I could hope for with my credit situation was a barley running used car... they surprised me with an approval for a brand new one. They were absolutely phenomenal and, should I find myself in need of another car while I live around here, you can bet I'll be coming by Adventure Mitsubishi first. Thanks again :)

I did have a great experience! David Crowley was great. He had several cars already picked out for me before I got there. We had talked on the phone earlier in the week and made an appointment to meet on Saturday, so when I got there he had the cars picked out. I test drove the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT and it met all my specs. Even if it hadn't he assured me that if it didn't he would find one that did or would spec one out to fit my exact needs, never once did I feel pressured, I felt more at ease knowing that I would finally be able to purchase the vehicle that I "wanted" not that I could "get". He was very accommodating and very pleasant to work with.
