A very satisfied customer

This was the most pleasurable car shopping experiences that my husband and I have ever had. From the moment we stepped on to the Adventure Chevrolet of Chattanooga lot we were treated as if we were a member of their family. It literally felt like we had pulled into one of our families places and we knew that they were going to take care of us. Our salesman Josh Smartt treated us with respect and went way above and beyond from what we expected to get. We actually enjoyed the process ! He kept us informed about every step that was made and that was the fastest time we had ever spent getting approved, no waiting for hours on end. Josh went out of his way and took the time to help us get insurance because we were completely carless. He drove us to the insurance office and back to the car lot and he explained step by step on how to operate our new car. My husband and I have bought our fair share of cars in the past but you can bet that the only place that we will shop for one again will be right back at the Adventure family !! We absolutely adore our new car, we got the 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. This whole experience was such an eye opener, it's a shame that all dealerships do not treat their customers the same as we were treated at the Adventure Chevrolet of Chattanooga because shopping for a car shouldn't make you feel as though are being lied to or at the very least taken advantaged of. So thanks Adventure Chevrolet and most importantly thank you Josh for welcoming us into your family !!!!!! Most sincerely,

Awesome people

The people at this location are awesome. They financed me even with the little credit that I did have. They worked with me and got me into a new car.I highly recommend this place for anyone shopping for a car. Bill worked very hard and I drove away very very very happy.

Excellent experience. Jacob was the best!

Jacob as the best salesperson I have ever had. He was knowledgeable, worked with me, and was responsive to all my questions. Even helped me install my floor mats and cargo mat that I purchased from Weather Tec and brought with me. Excellent salesperson! Thank you Jacob! I also love the 2015 Mazda 3 I bought!

worst place ever..

Call for appointment, drove up there in rush hour to meet, brought all my paperwork,check stubs, etc..sales guy said they could help me and would call me the next day. Well, I waited for his call but nothing, so finally I called them back and the sales guy didn't even remember me or that he look at my trade in...I was so mad cause they wasted my time and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for nothing...all that crap they say in their advertising is full of bologna. ..thanks for nothing and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit also...sales staff very immature. ....

Adventure Mazda Service Team is GREAT!!!

Hank and the service team at Adventure Mazda are fantastic - courteous, professional and dedicated. They are a busy team - so for scheduled maintenance do try to book in advance. A big thanks to Hank and all the service team at Adventure Mazda on MLK in Chattanooga for servicing my 2008 Mazda 3 - I will be back in future! The best place for servicing your Mazda!!! So Happy

Garett Beaver was Excellent to work with. I actually enjoyed buying a car! After 10,000 miles this Mazda 3 Hatchback is the best car I have ever owned. Garett was very knowledgable and helped me get exactly the car I wanted - bringing it in from out of state. Both times I have brought it in for service I have been well treated, carefully listened to, and well pleased with the work and the staff. I have been buying cars for 30 years and I would not think of going anywhere but an Edd Kirby dealership...and I live 100 miles away. Garett Beaver was very relaxed, friendly and genuinely interested making the experience a superior one.

Purchased my Third Adventure Mazda in 3 Years!!

Came in for a routine service and left with a brand new 2016 Mazda CX-5!! Buying a car from Josh Smartt is completely painless! In fact, Its fun! You tell him what you want and need in a vehicle and he will make it happen - in record time!! I jokingly threw out a huge list of features I wanted on a new car & Josh made it happen! Heck, I honestly didn't know Mazda even had some of these features, but guess what? They Did!! Josh goes above & beyond for his customers without being pushy. Even after the sell, he is there for you. Add that to the Best Service Department Ever & you have a winning team!! This is the 3rd Mazda I've purchased in 3 years and I have to say, you truly get more than you pay for with Adventure Mazda!! I've been & will continue to be a loyal customer of Edd Kirby Adventure Mazda.

low pressure buying experience

I just wanted to Thank you for the refreshing buying experience at Adventure Chattanooga on my recent Mazda 6 purchase. Jacob was truly professional and very courteous, honest, and straight forward he was very patient and we worked out what i believe to be a great deal on my car. Look forward to sending my friends and family to you guy's.

They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy!

I have had nothing but problems with cars since 2012, and this month, I was ready to venture out from buying older cars with a cosigner, to getting a better car on my own credit. I had reached out to Adventure Mazda, hoping to find a used Mazda. When I met Jacob Massey and explained my limited monthly budget and my concerns about my not-so-perfect credit score, he started backwards and helped me search out cars that fit my price range. I fell in love with a 2012 Kia Forte and the Adventure Mazda team sifted through 4 different loan options to offer me a GREAT monthly payment that was right in line with my budget. I drove off the lot so happy. Two days later, the transmission suddenly went haywire in my new car. I wasn't upset (I get that wierd things happen to machines, no matter how oiled and tuned they may be) but I was devistated, and super worried that I may have invested in a lemon. I returned the car to Adventure Mazda on a tow truck. They not only honored their "3-day Guarantee no-questions-asked" by taking the car back, but they laid out my options for me (repair or trade), and when I expressed my concerns about taking the car off the lot again, they diligently, patiently, and thoughtfully helped me transfer my downpayment to an even newer and better vehicle for the same monthly payments as before! These guys rock, and Jacob Massey is a great sales rep to work with. This isn't your everyday car dealership. They don't get commissions off of your sale, so they won't pressure you to buy what you can't afford, and they want you to leave the lot happy, not stressed. If you don't want to be pressured, and wish someone would just work with your budget rather than trying to convince you to stretch it even more, and want a dealership that honors their word, ADVENTURE MAZDA is the way to go!

Great experience!

Josh Smartt was my salesman and gave an exceptional experience from start to finish. Not only was he a "smart" guy (very knowledgable about the jeep I was buying), but he made the process seamless and easy. I walked in, told him what I wanted and he got the ball rolling for me. They even changed the taillight, serpentine belt and four brand new tires for me before I drove it away.
