amazing response, effective expediting, efficient communication. this dealership does it all. Craig Ebel is quick to support the customer, great at maintaining communication and updates. Jo Marengo is a stand-up manager. Ken Wang in admin got our paperwork out asap. cannot say enough about this team. and we were buying from out of state too, which brings its own set of challenges. they had a very hard to find vehicle that was perfect for us. the whole transaction was conducted by phone/email with extraordinary efficiency. buy here!!!

Great Service Experience

I bought my vehicle from this dealer several years ago The service experiment had always been exceptional for me, this latest was the same. My service advisorgave me a clear view of my car and his recommendations. I chose to have some additional work done, but felt no pressure to do so. The completed the work ahead of the time I was given and returned my car better than the condition I brought it in under. I highly recommend the Jim Ellis Buick GMC MOG service department!

Well, everything wasn't all good when I arrived, like my previous tent job was bubbling and not right, and I had new rims for them to install on my new 2023 Cadillac XT6. To say the least, things got tempestuous quickly, but they fixed all encountered problems that they could at the time and at the agreed upon price. So, being professional always helps and what I focus on and that's why they've earned my business over my regular Cadillac Dealership in Sandy Springs/Atlanta, GA.
